What a garbage company. I needed my dryer repaired. I went to the Puls site, explained my issue, provide model information on my dryer, selected a date/time and confirmed. They were supposed to be here between 12pm-2pm on a Saturday. At 10am I got a texted confirming my appointment. I rushed home from golf (would normally have a couple beers with the guys) as I did not want my wife alone with a stranger in the house. I waited around and no one ever showed, called, or tried to reschedule...NOTHING! So, I start responding to their appointment text message that no one has showed or called, still nothing and no return text message. So, I go to their app via my phone, confirm my email and click on "message your tech" his name was Mundrell. I sent him 4 messages and he never responded. Over three hours later I leave and go about my day. What a waste of my time on a Saturday waiting for these fools. Then, I pull them up here on Yelp... and it looks like I AM THE FOOL. Many of the reviews are exactly like mine with no show, no call, no nothing. I was in a hurry when I booked with this company and did not check them out on Yelp first. Again, that was my mistake. Puls appears to be an aggregator company for which none of the techs actually work for them. The techs are just individuals buying leads from Puls and apparently don't care about the rating or horrible YELP reviews. We recently purchased a new 98in tv and requested service to hang the tv. The reason we paid over $200 to have a professional hang it was because my husband has had 4 back surgeries and is not able to lift. We were paying to have the tv hung so we did not have to do it ourselves. Once a technician was assigned, we even sent a message to him stating the tv was large and heavy and he would need 2 people to hang it. So we were shocked when the technician showed up by himself and, in the end, my husband and son had to help lift and hang the tv. We didn't need the technician to hang the mount, we have power tools and can do that ourselves. We hired professionals to literally do the heavy lifting. If you want the assistance you're paying for, spend the extra money and hire geek squad. read more

Puls is a terrible company. I contacted them to fix my dishwasher on Dec. 19 and they sent a serviceman out who said he fixed it but did not. He charged me $176.90 to fix the machine. He told me he was an independent contractor and that I should pay him personally, which I did. A day later I get an invoice from the company for $106.90. My wife tries the dishwasher and finds it does not work. I contact Puls and they say they will send the same technician out to fix the machine for Dec. 28. He never showed up. I spoke to a Puls representative who says she will get back to me to send another technician. She never called back. I contacted Puls more than a dozen times without them agreeing to fix my machine. I hired Appliance Works to come in to complete the job. They did and I paid them $95. Puls refuses to refund me for the work the new company did on top of their work. Puls is great. I used them to mount my TVs. First tv went great- it is a 43 inch tv. I got the full motion swivel with in the wall power. Kei showed up on time on a Saturday morning. Installed the tv. Answered all of my questions. He was supposed to mount my 2nd tv, as well. A 55 in tv. But Puls only provides smaller tv mounts. So I would not have been able to turn my tv as much as I wanted. So I suggest getting your own mounts- they are cheaper on Amazon anyway. Then have Puls mount your tv for you. read more

BUYER BEWARE: As a social media influencer my phone is 95% of my life!!!! So when the first screen repair was causing my phone to act crazy, I got terrified but they sent a new guy immediately and even though I took three new screens he kept working until my phone was perfect. Unfortunately, they used all three of my personally purchased Tempered glass screens during the course of their repair, even though i purchased additional tempered glass, which they had to remove because they had to replace the screens three times to get it to work properly. Then, last night, i dropped my phone about 12 inches to a table top - it SLIGHTLY cracked (minor compared to my first damage that caused me to call PULS) and when I went to take off the protective cover, there was none. They had never replaced the tempered glass I had purchased. Even though I had THREE of my own (all of which they used during their attempts to replace a screen that would work) they used all of mine and on the last repair did NOT replace the tempered glass. This morning I call, I try to stay as calm as possible. Even when they tell me i must now FILL OUT A FORM to be served. I do so, with them ON THE PHONE, then i am put on hold for 15-20 minutes (on and off) while they get management on the call. I am then told after an extended wait that while they said they would send someone out immediately that after talking to the field, this is now going to the "guarantee" center, where I will hear back on what they want to do next. I should have just gotten the insurance phone from TMobile. I have NEVER had a problem win an insurance phone. Used them for TV wall mount in our Glendale AZ home. Technician did a good job, however, check the fine print on your invoice for membership fee. Paid $300 for TV install only to find that's a discount price as I received bill. I told them on phone when booking I wasn't interested in membership but it was added to my invoice, which I did not notice at the time of payment. I received an email saying they would be billing me for my next installment. When I called them they said, 'well you should have paid attention to the invoice,' even after I told them I told the person on phone when scheduling I did not want a membership. We sincerely apologize for the scheduling complications and inconveniences that we have caused.  Our dispatch team is working on it and we make sure that we send all the repair request every few minutes just to be sure that our techs in your area are aware that we have customers that need their appointments at a certain time frame. We also requiring them to send us notification 24-48 hours if they can't make it  or the job so we could notify or update our customers. With that given timeframe, we also have allotted time to look for available tech prior to the customers schedule to avoid cancellations and delays. Once again, we do apologize and we'll make sure that this will not happen again in the future.  Thank you for your patience and understanding. The technician noticed frame damage to my tablet, but still forced in the replacement screen/ digital optimizer for my tablet. His reckless actions shattered the new digital optimizer/screen and he ruined the screen (multiple cracks). I was so shocked at his actions, I did not know what to do, so I took the tablet and left, shattered screen and all. The technician never apologized and his only solution for breaking the $200 optimizer was to remove it completely. Is this standard procedure for your company and vendors? So originally I went online and ordered a technician from 8-9 am but they weren't able to fulfill that so I was given a new appointment from 10-11 AM, it's currently 11:30, almost an hour and a half late and the technician has still not arrived so I've had to waste my whole morning waiting for no one to show up. I called the office number and I was only offered $10 off which is ridiculous. This service is not efficient, doesn't have their lives together and is a total waste of time! 1/10 would not recommend!! UPDATE: So even though I initially wasted my morning waiting for the technician to come, he eventually came and fixed my phone pretty quickly and in a professional manner. Also, the manager contacted me through Yelp and by phone to apologize for their service and offered me a 50% refund!! What a terrible company! I have scheduled a handyman on their online site, he was supposed to arrive Sat between 5 and 6. I was assigned to DEMARCO. At 5.50 pm he calls and tells me there is this big accident on the highway and his ETA is 6.30. This already gets me upset because him giving me the ETA at 5.50 pm means he is only leaving now. Anyway, it gets to 7 pm , no sign of DEMARCO and the office calls me and asks me if Demarco is here because they cannot reach him, he is not answering his phone. I am upset at this point and the guy asks me if they can reschedule the next day. I tell him no, I don't want to give my money to such a badly organized company that can't even control their own employees. He tries to offer me 15$ - WHAT A JOKE for me - wasting half of my Saturday waiting for their unprofessional service. Demarco calls at 7.30 starting with 'There is this big accident on the highway'' I cut him off and tell him to save his breath, that his job and the company he works for won't get a second chance from me. Contacted Puls to fix my girlfriends broken iPhone screen. They came out within an hour and the guy had the screen swapped pretty quickly. Once he left, she noticed that the touch calibration of the screen was off. We would push the letter N and it's registering as C. She dealt with that for about 2 days before we got back in touch with Puls. We contacted them and they sent out another technician. This guy also swapped out the screen in a matter of minutes. This screens calibration worked fine, but within 2 days the screen died. It looked like a tie dye shirt... lots of colors and no response. Contacted Puls a 3rd time and this time the young lady took the phone to her service vehicle and did some testing. The previous screen had a faulty LCD and she changed it out and tested the calibration. Phone has been working fine ever since. Pretty stressful 2 weeks of dealing with bad screens, but in the end, it worked out. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I have used this repair service since they were CellSavers. I have had my phone fixed three times and TWO of those were from the warantee being redeemed because the technician either didn't fix my phone or broke something else. I called this service when I had a cracked screen and the original apointment was made and the tech never showed up. I called and got no where with customer service and canceled my apointment and planned to go to the Apple Store for my repair needs. I WISH THAT I HAD. I posted a review of my experience with the service and suddenly their customer service wanted to contact me and actually reschedule and fix the mistake. The screen started to detatch itself from the phone within a week and I had to use the waruntee to have them come back out to fix their own mistake (the process is kind of a pain and you need to call, email a form, wait for it to process, and then schedule an appointment all while you have no working phone). Another technicial came out and replaced my screen again and apologized for the mistakes of the last guy. This screen would only show up sometimes, others everything would be green for a minute and the discoloration was a pain but I just fought through it to avoid dealing with their customer service again. However, it became difficult to type on it and the home button also stopped working. I had to call another tech. This guy replaced my home button and put my old one in a baggy, letting me know that I would no longer be able to use finger prints for anything on my phone (after already taking it out) and replaced my screen again. GOOD NEWS, this screen works and hasn't come off yet. BAD NEWS, my home button is not working again and I have lost the finger print capabilities and I'm sure I'm unable to use Apple because of the work I've already let these people do and the damage that has happened as a result. DO NOT LET THEM INSIDE OF YOUR PHONE. It has been a nightmare and my phone is way worse off than before. I now have to go to Apple with more issues than originally just because I thought it was convenient to have them come out to me. It was FAR from convenient in the end. read more

Our refrigerator broke and I called for an appointment. It seemed great. They made an appointment for the next morning only to get a text at 9 pm that it needed to be rescheduled. Same thing happened the next day. I called and asked to speak to a manager. Noone returned the call. I'm left with 2.5 days until Thanksgiving with a house full of people and no recourse other than to order a new appliance. I had my lightly cracked screen replaced yesterday. Dimitri was very nice, but I ended up with a defective screen- every time I went to scroll up or down my phone would freeze and my tempered glass was not sticking properly. I contacted CellSavers and they responded quickly with the link to repair the screen under warranty. A great tech, Justin, came out an hour later and my screen is working perfectly! We had a problem with our 3 yr old GE fridge this week and reached out to Puls for help. Service technician Fernando was dispatched within a couple of hours. Professional, respectful of our time and concerns, and very skilled, Fernando was able to diagnose the problem in under 5 minutes. He gave us a temporary fix (saving us hundreds of dollars in food that would otherwise have spoiled) and returned the following day with the part the fridge needed. Battery was ordered Oct 16, 2018 at 19th Avenue and Bell Road. Every week until Nov 6, 2018 there was an excuse in why the battery was not there. It was to take only 7 days to get it. A battery for a Samsung phone (a phone Walmart sells even). The techs on the floor were apologizing all over the place. Trying to get it taken care of but THEIR managers were not doing much to take care of the issue. The managers kept telling the techs it would be here in a day but it still took about a month. This was my first time using this service. Scheduled a phone screen repair 2 days prior, received a text notification of the schedule request... later received a text that my requested appointment time was confirmed. Cool. So far so good. Appointment day comes and I need to switch some things around in my day. I call customer service to reschedule to 2 hours earlier. Put me on hold to call the technician to confirm.. I'm told it's good to go. The technician didn't show. I call customer service. Apparently the technician never confirmed they could make the reschedule... okayyyyy. They ask if we can revert back to the original 7-8pm time slot. By now I'm annoyed and now my evening is about to get inundated. I ask them to confirm the technician can in fact make it during the original time. They put me on hold to "call him to confirm." I'm told yes, no problem he will be there, matter of fact he plans to be there closer to 7pm. Okay fine, I say. didn't show up for the r (never even responded to the reschedule apparently) and didn't show for the original appointment which we had to default back to between 7-8pm. 7:30 rolls around. No show. I call again. I'm on hold for over 20 minutes before finally hanging up. At 9pm... an hour after my appointment window closes, I receive an email asking to reschedule. NOPE. read more

Not only have I had the same problem with the company not able to keep the original appointed time as has other reviewers but when their technician finally came he not only did not fix our oven door he shattered the glass. He said he was having trouble finding a replacement piece but later sent a txt saying he thought he might have found one and would call to schedule a time for replacement. He went dark - not only could I not reach him PULS customer service personnel could not reach him either. Each time I call to see how the company will replace my oven door or glass I get a run around. They do not return calls when they say and continue to say management is trying to decide what to do. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I am without an oven door and they are not taking responsibility for the technician they sent to my home. HORRIBLE service!!!
