Popped in this place after spending a hot and humid Saturday morning at Smorgasborg in the nearby park. I was drawn to the decor from the outside. The decor of this place is simply lovely. Lots of nods to Columbia; including a huge painted wall mural and a jeep hanging from the ceiling. There are a few seats with tables and some bar stools. Enough to accommodate most crowds they bring in I'd imagine. They offer a variety of drinks including hot ($3+) and cold coffees ($4.50+) and teas ($3.75), fresh made juices ($6-8) and canned beer. They also have a few items to eat including arepas ($3.75) and empanadas ($3). The prices were on the high side, but not much different than most Williamsburg/NYC independant coffee shops..I paid $6 for a medium iced coffee with vanilla and whole milk. (Starbucks charges about $5....so not a huge difference) Staff was friendly and helpful.

I've been to the Williamsburg spot a few times and once to the Green Point location. Absolutely love how this location is decorated. The coffee is good and reasonable sized. Now the the bakery section. As a Colombian I am picky with my coffee and pan de bonos and both are great. You also can't go wrong with an arepa de choclo and empanadas too. I unfortunately didn't take a picture because I devoured it. This place is authentic which I love and appreciate. Service is always kind and on point.

Stopped at this cute coffee shop...where both people and doggies are welcome. Good espresso and empanadas and atmosphere.

Solid quality coffee and delicious empanadas. I got the cappuccino (4/5) and a cheese empanada (4.5/5) and both were great. The place is also a cute spot for a quick stop.

The space is very cute and there is a good amount of seating available. The staff was friendly and got our drinks out quickly. The only downside is my latte was very burnt and I honestly didn't even drink very much before tossing it because it was so bad. Most people have iced drinks here so it may just be an off day for the barista but unfortunately I would not recommend getting a hot latte from here.

This is one of my favorite cafes in New York City! The coffee beans used in the iced latte are exquisite. They also have a decent matcha latte and delectable pastries. I highly recommend the arepas!

beautifully decorated cafe. I've tried their lime cold brew, mocha, and even mango smoothie. All their drinks are delicious! The pan de bono is an absolute must while you're here. They're usually running low so try to aim to not go too late. Love eating one while I wait for the ferry.

Enjoy the colorful coffee shop and bakery - surrounded by plants native to Colombia and with a coffee jeep hanging overhead - and know that the pan de bonos, jugos, empanadas and arepa de chocolo are LEGIT. How do I know? I've had some of the best in Colombia and in Colombian communities in Florida and suburban DC thanks to my amazing girlfriend, who hails from Bogota! (Y la musica fue real y de Colombia!) Plus, the matcha latte was pretty good...

This place is a hidden gem right on the water. The house coffee is absolute perfection coupled with their heavenly flavorful pandebono. The decor and atmosphere of this place is beautiful and the staff are so nice! I can't recommend this place enough. If you're in the area, make sure you check this place out.

They are opened early compared to the other local coffee spots. Great service and the drinks are okay. Nice place to meet up with friends.

Even though there is a line, you do not feel rushed or pressured to order quickly. On this visit we ordered plain croissant, chocolate croissant-fresh out of the oven, rhubarb croissant, black forest pastry and brown butter corn cake. The chocolate croissant was amazing. It is triple chocolate and cocoa powder is in the dough. It is filled with milk and dark chocolate, so creamy. The plain croissant was flaky and light. The brown butter corn cake was crispy and caramelized on the outside and soft and moist. The Black Forest croissant is a seasonal offering. It is made with their Triple Chocolate Croissant filled with chocolate cake and sour cherries and topped with mascarpone cream , Rhubarb & Custard Croissant . It is tart and sweet. The rhubarb is roasted and complimented with sweet vanilla custard. They all were excellent. Each were about $8. Highly recommend and don't let the line deter you .

It's also difficult to see all the items since everyone is packed in a line even when you get into the store. The food itself: - cardamom bun was yummy, a bit too cardamom forward though. 3.5/5 - the pb and J croissant was cool, a bit too rich for my liking but I admire how different it was and I actually had to save this one for the next day and it was still good so 4/5
