Am I about to trek here from Crown Heights just to eat here? Probably. I just came in for coffee and the balance between the espresso and the brown sugar for the brown sugar latter was complementary (the kind lady working there said this, and she was right). Cash only. They have an extensive menu with various coffees and delicious food options ranging from smoothies to parfaits to pancakes to breakfast burritos. Love these little hole in the wall nooks. Terrific little coffee shop with a variety of hot and cold items on the menu board. They also offer a bunch of breakfast options. I really like this place. It's a neighborhood gem. Every season or holiday they make special drinks. They are friendly and fast. The food and service is always fast and good. Cash only!! While I usually don't mind cash only places, it would make me happy if I could tap and not leave my wallet or cash visible to the people around me. Also the place if tight. The service was fantastic here. Very friendly and accommodating. I am a vegetarian and swapping the meat for potatoes was not judged here. The coffee is so smooth and flavorful. It is not overwhelming at all. I got a caramel iced latte with oatmilk. Perfectly sweet and definitely will be coming back for that and to try a hazelnut next. We ordered the normal burrito but added egg and potatoes and omitted the meat. Very good sized, we both only got through half. My fiancé got the banana nut smoothie. It reminded me of my childhood eating banana peanut butter sandwiches. Very balanced flavor and nothing was over powering the other. read more

I usually come to this shop for their turkey bacon breakfast burrito, which is A1. But this time I got their steak torta. Mind blown. This is the best torta that I have had in Brooklyn by far. They have their own home made green hot sauce and the torta has Oaxaca cheese (my favorite kind if cheese). To add on top, the customer service here is immaculate (not like bagel place across the street) and very affordable prices. Went in expecting to get a good quick coffee, when I walked in I saw a full menu of all different kinds of foods. I got the torta with chicken and it was so incredible! It was filled with perfectly grilled chicken, fresh lettuce,, avocado AND tomato's, and layered with delicious beans and perfectly pulley cheese. This is a small restaurant / bakery with very good and low prices compared to other businesses in the area. The food is really good, the Turkey wrap was excellent tasty and the chicken chipottle too. The fruit cups are only $2.00 which is a great deal !. They have a wide variety of freshly squeezed juices made on the juicer right there in front of you, lots of healthy choices. I got the $5.00 orange juice and it was great. The ladies are very nice and helpful. I was short .50 cents and they allowed me to bring it back later. The chicken chippotle wrap is really good and even better if you ask for cilantro and pico de gallo in it. read more

There aren't many tea options, but they do offer green tea, lemon ginger, and black tea all in the form of tea bags. Overall, I am happy with the decision to eat here. They don't charge you an arm and a leg for a decent meal! The reason for 4 stars is the limited seating. There are only 4 seats in the shop with some counter space. A hole-in-the-wall type of place that can easily be walked past and ignored, but has a clear foundation of regulars in the neighborhood (my boyfriend and his housemates included). Was craving a breakfast sandwich on a Sunday morning so we called up to place an order for pick up since it's about a 5 minute walk. I got a turkey bacon breakfast burrito with avocado and hot sauce and it was SO good! It really was exactly what I was looking for that morning and I was very happy with my decision. Unfortunately, the coffee I got tasted pretty awful (caramel macchiato with almond milk) and I actually just couldn't even drink it, but I have a feeling it was because the almond milk used in it went bad or something.
