Lovely place to stop in for a bite or rest with a beverage. Small but plenty of areas to sit. Service was attentive.

Love this place! Came in for the afternoon to get some work done. Good WiFi, good seating arrangements and great food selections. Super non-fussy cafe with friendly employees and tasty coffee. Highly recommend for a solo work day, casual brunch date, or to grab a quick bite! Will definitely be back

This place is new around the corner and super cute! Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. I can tell this place is new so I just wanted to leave positive but constructive feedback bc I can see this place doing well in this neighborhood! Menu: The menu veered French but had some Mexican inspired items so we got a little both to see which was the vibe. We got the breakfast tacos and salmon dill sandwich and two iced lattes. They serve devotion coffee and for everything it was about 37$ which is fair pricing I think. Food: Salmon sandwich: 8/10 I think more of the French fare here is the move. This sandwich was big and filled with salmon, hard boiled egg, dill, cucumber, red onion, a good sprinkle of s&p, and creme fraiche (which gave more cream cheese). The bread could've been more toasted, but otherwise I felt like this was really good and HEARTY! The tacos: 5/10 These were fine but needed some TLC. First, they came with quinoa and lentils which just sounded out of place for a breakfast taco. Second, the tortilla was not very warm or charred and felt like it was just pulled out of the package. Third, I felt like the runny egg made this hard to eat as a taco and again isn't exactly what I was anticipating. I got no quinoa or sour cream so I can't speak to how those would've been on this. I will say I think the egg was really well cooked for that style of egg and I liked the cilantro tomato avo and salsa (but there could've been way more of all of it). I think I would not get these again but would come back and try something else! Coffee: 7/10 Pretty standard! Nothing I'd come immediately back for but the almond milk latte was good! Vibe: Cute with lots of seating and wifi and the service was nice. Overall: I think since this is a new place sometimes there's things on menus that need work and I will definitely say the tacos were one but really everything else was delicious and I liked this spot enough to definitely come back and try the crispy prosciutto eggs or a chicken bowl!

Stumbled upon this cute coffee shop down the block from the train station, right off of Broadway and Union ave. The barista was very pleasant. I got a Spanish Latte which was very good. They use Devoción coffee which is a plus. They do offer food and pastries, however it was late and options were limited. They offer WiFi and have about ~6 tables. Will be back once they get their liquor license.

Cozy & beautiful interior, chill vibe

Over roasted and bitter coffee, no stirrers for sugars, low attention to detail, avoid.

Twice in a row have gotten the order wrong. Not worth the time to go back and try again. Disappointing the staff can't get things right.

There's the main seating area and then two offshoot lounges, which aren't quite as cozy but offer different levels of quiet and ambience. I love all the random décor, antique signs, old arcade games as tables, a million lamps. It's like what nook is going for but you can actually sit down on a comfy couch most of the time. The guy working the counter has a lot of energy and clearly loves being there. The PB banana smoothie was yummy, very thick so could use a spoon. Mushroom toast was a bit pricey but you did get a lot of food for your money, the focaccia was crunchier than expected but all around a nice cafe bite. I just appreciate how this is such a gathering spot where you can watch bk life play out while working, it had a different energy from a lot of places in the area.

You've really went downhill. Everything is dreadfully smaller for the same price. You used to have a giant fluffy egg square on your breakfast sandwich and now I've gotten one lumpy small egg drenched in so much overly spicy sauce - that used to be more soft and palatable, I can't even taste anything else, to compensate for the lack of sandwich for over $12. Insane. The fries were the highlight of my meal and that's really saying a lot. $6.50 for one of the smallest iced coffees I've ever received... I think you're staying open on highway robbery alone. Or that the gentrifiers just don't give a damn. Honestly, I could've gotten something better at the Bodega for less than $35 after the Uber fees. I feel bad leaving this honestly, but... how you go from such a wonderfully established place to some dreadful experience is just sad. Do better, become yourself again, because unfortunately I won't be ordering anymore.

I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.
