This place is a nice little diner/deli that has a menu for just about any taste of food you are looking for! My wife and I have been here a couple times for breakfast (either getting a platter of pancakes, sausage, and hashbrowns or just a stack of pancakes). Browsing the menu though, they have a bunch of different other items like club sandwiches, burger, chicken dishes, some appetizers, and different soups.

I went a while back for lunch with a couple of coworkers during the week. The inside was clean and cozy, which made a good first impression on me. They had a huge selection on the menu, so there's probably something on there that would appeal to everyone. My lunch: - Chicken noodle soup was really good and tasted homemade - they used chicken breast meat, fresh vegetables, and wavy egg noodles - Hawaiian chicken: chicken breast, mandarin oranges, pineapple, and red pepper in a triple sec cream sauce over rice. The sauce was quite sweet, rich, and heavy - it was overwhelming after a couple of bites, to be honest. It would've been better just over the chicken and fruit/veggies with seasoned rice pilaf to the side of it. I couldn't finish the rice since it was drenched in that heavy sauce. Service was good, although when waitress was taking our order, I didn't see that the salad dressing choices were on the menu and she left, saying she'll be back (i.e. not much patience because I would have taken just a few seconds to decide). All in all, I would be open to coming back to trying other things on the menu - just not the Hawaiian chicken.

We wanted to try a new deli so we came across this place and decided to give it a shot. The menu has an interesting combination of traditional deli sandwiches, as well as a variety of Asian fare, but we stuck with the more traditional deli choices. My daughter and I both went for rolled sandwiches - I had the West Coast Roller and she had the Sir Richards Roll-Up and they were both very good. My wife had the combo of the soup and half of a John R Special, which looked very good. There was nothing particularly exceptional about the sandwiches, but they were good. We did a carry out order and the person in charge was very friendly and efficient.

We found Pudge's on a whim, and it was a great decision!! The options are plenty, and they even offer Chinese food options on Saturday after 3:00! Today we tried a mix off things, wanton soup, chicken noodle soup, onion rings, an omelette, and grilled chicken wrap (with lavash bread) with homemade chips- be sure to dip them in the ranch. I don't have pictures the soup or omelette, my hubby devoured them! Everything was amazing and 100% homemade, possibly even the ranch. The onion rings are HUGE, and everything was so flavorful. We will be back, and soon!

used to love this place. but was disappointed with my corned beef sandwich. This is how much meat you get.

Before I even got to the food, the restaurant itself made a great first impression. The property is incredibly well maintained inside and out. There's a spacious outdoor patio for Michigan summer days, along with plenty of indoor seating ranging from communal tables for larger groups to individual booths if you're flying solo. It's a thoughtfully designed space that feels welcoming no matter why you're there. Now, let's talk about the food. I'll admit something that surprised me. I've been to Detroit probably 50 times, and I honestly can't remember ever hearing about a Detroit-style cheesesteak. Judging by the walls covered in awards and accolades, though, it's clearly something they're known for. The sandwich certainly sounds like a winner on paper: ribeye and sirloin, provolone and Swiss cheeses, roasted mushrooms and peppers, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, sweet pickled jalapeños, aioli, house-made vinaigrette, all served on a freshly baked sesame roll. I mean... what's not to love? Unfortunately, this is where my experience took a turn. The ingredients themselves are good. The flavors are there. The problem is the execution. The ratios are simply off. The freshly baked roll completely dominates the sandwich, overwhelming everything inside it. The steak gets lost between all that bread, and instead of each bite showcasing the beef, cheese, and vegetables working together, the bread becomes the star--and that's not what you want from a cheesesteak. I do want to give credit where it's due. The portions are generous, and I especially appreciated that they take the time to make their own dipping sauces for the fries. Little details like that don't go unnoticed. There are plenty of positives here, and it's easy to see why Detroit 75 Kitchen has earned such a loyal following. But as someone who takes sandwiches seriously, I think this one is technically flawed. A great sandwich is all about balance, and for me, this one never found it. I genuinely wanted to love it. This sandwich lover just couldn't get behind the way it was built.

Relative to their hard liquor, it would appear by in large that the larger formats of 750 mL on up are for the most part are at state minimum prices. This is always one of the key criteria for me when looking for liquor stores in addition to a large selection to choose from. Main purpose of my visit here was in obtaining a bottle of Combier orange liquor, which is my go to orange liquor when making my Blanco margaritas. This particular liquor is extremely hard to find in Michigan where in the past I had to order it online, which is no longer an option due to the Michigan out of state liquor restrictions. This liquor definately falls into the Boutique criteria where it is very difficult to find in most liquor shops in Michigan, which should give you an indication of the types of wines and liquors that this business carries. Additionally, they offer you the ability to order online if they dont have it in stock, at state minimum prices, which I took advantage of as they only had one of the four bottles I was looking for. Nice! Most liquor shops will not go through the hassle of doing this but this business did and with no deposit required. Double nice!! Overall this is an excellent liquor shop that offers great selection, at good prices and goes out of the way to take care of the customer. I will definately be shopping here again in the near future!
