I wanted to go some place I haven't been before and this place popped up not to far from where I'm staying. Walking in, the place is clean with plenty of seating. I was greeted immediately and told to sit anywhere I liked. Fortunately, there wasn't a wait since it was still super early. Reviewing the menu, they have a great selection of breakfast and brunch items to choose from. I read online that they have chicken and waffles, but when I asked the waitress where it was at on the menu, she said it's not listed there and is an "off menu" item that could be prepared for me. After thinking about it, I decided that I was going to get an omlet instead. I got the greek omelet instead and let me tell you, the portions are huge! Food was absolutely delicious and I ate as much as I could. Service was fantastic and I didn't feel pressured to order anything that I wasn't comfortable with. Water and coffee were always full and my bill came in a timely manner. I will be returning when I'm on this side of town for a good solid breakfast. This place should be an example of how to do things correctly without over correcting or trying to hard. I love it here!

What made it a great meal was that every food item was just so well prepared. I had their Green Eggs and Ham (poblano pesto and jack cheese scrambled eggs served with seared ham, spuds, and toast). My parents both ordered the Forager Rumble (mushrooms, caramelized onions, smoked gouda, and greens scrambled with eggs, served with spuds and toast), but my mom veganized it (with tofu and no cheese) and my stepdad egg white-d it. They make everything in house, down to their jams (the jam of the day was strawberry basil) and the hot sauces (they offer a range from mild to hot). I don't normally eat much of the toast served with breakfast plates, but with jam that good!? I ate that (well-buttered) toast! My green eggs and ham was a treat - retro, fun, and delicious. We also enjoyed a few cups of coffee each. On top of the great food, the service was great. The friendliest. This is just a charming spot for breakfast. I'd love to return!

I ordered the huevos rancheros and added chorizo. The flavors were good, but my only complaint was that it came out at room temperature rather than hot. I also would have loved to see it served on a corn tortilla, which would have made it feel a bit more traditional. My friend really enjoyed the breakfast burrito. Overall, I'd absolutely come back. My sister then asked to speak with a manager. When the manager came over, the other ladies in our group also mentioned the waitress's attitude. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the general manager became defensive and stated that the waitress did not have a nasty attitude. He then told us that if we wanted to leave, we could leave because he was not going to be bothered with us. Ordered veggie skillet, bagel with cream cheese instead of toast, Greek salad, feta on the side and turkey Reuben with onion ring side. $42.75 Food was out almost an hour after we arrived, must be patient for your food to come out. Their cinnamon bread for their French toast comes from MO, why not get it here locally? The first coffee mug had some black stuff on the rim. The onion ring batter looks like, but it's quite heavy and soggy. The rings also smell and taste like fish. Must use the same oil as their fried fish? Not pleasant. I think the batter for the onion rings could be the same used for their fried fish. Their turkey Reuben is so-so, it's sliced deli meat. The cheese seems like cheese sauce. Nothing special. The bread is at least nicely toasted. The Russia dressing is tasteless. The Greek is old work out iceberg lettuce. The onions are big and not good for this salad. Dressing is thick and bland. The pepperoncini don't taste so good.
