The building is well constructed, not some outdoor, garage-looking storage facility. There are push carts available right when you walk in to help shuffle things to and from your unit. The elevator (if you have an upper unit) is large and always working. And setting up my account was easy. The front desk is always very polite, and always prompt in resolving any issues you have. One of the light bulbs in my unit went out. They had it replaced within the hour. There was an accidental charge to my card. A short and simple conversation later, my card was refunded.
