Or I can just use this errand as an excuse to visit Starbucks, Gelati Celesti, or CFA across the street. Their COVID practices are great. I've been in about 3x since the pandemic started. Social distancing is enforced and masks are worn by customers and staff.

They did a fantastic job moving us. They changed the two man crew to a four man crew and they were able to move us into our new place without the elevator. They got the job done in 6 & 1/2 hours having estimated 8 & 1/2 with two men and the elevator. The moving crew were great! Those young men were awesome! The office staff, Rachel and Kim, were extremely nice, helpful and thorough in assuring and ensuring everything was A-OK. They went out of their way to make sure our move happened. The movers were supposed to show up between 9-9:30am, but when we didn't see them by 10 we called the main office. By 10:30am we were able to get in touch with our mover who said he'd be another 2-3 hours. When we hadn't heard from them by 2 we called several times and left voicemails, but received no response. By 3 the mover's phone was going straight to voicemail (we suspect he turned his phone off) and there was no one at the main office to assist us. At 4 we decided to cut our losses and hire Hercules Moving, which saved the day. We never heard back from the original mover or received an apology. We had to take some very narrow, rough back roads to get to my place -- ruts, tight shoulders, barely enough room for a car and a trailer side-by-side. It was then Terri, who is the most vile and disrespectful person I've ever encountered, told my elderly mother to get everything, including trash, out by the end of the month or they were going to continue billing her whether she stayed with the unit or not. So when I went to clean the last of the trash out, I inquired with Terri if there was an available dumpster. She then states that I was trespassing on HER property because I "didn't enter a gate code, and followed one of [her] customers in." Aside from that, when we first got the unit, it was in such bad shape. Absolutely filthy, infested with bugs and vermin, some of the units have people living in them (how they can do that, I don't know why, but God bless 'em). This place is absolutely deplorable, and as for Terri, I don't know what happened to her in her life to make her such a toxic, miserable, and disrespectful person, but I believe she's on some heavy drugs for the way she acts and looks.
