Were you aware that my friend(see below) just came off a tough battle with cancer where she had a mastectomy??
Were you aware that among the many items AAAA/Nicholson stole from her unit were several Virgin Mary statues and a prosthesis for her one breast?? How much did your company make after they stole and resold those?? I bet their moms are real proud.
I'm guessing you probably meant...a professional environment of scumbags...
My friend had a storage unit there for over 2 years. In the unit, she has kept many things that are very near and dear to her. Among those are a China set and other belongings from her parents. She has First Communion photos from herself from the 1950's. She had other things in there from her grandparents, kids, and pretty much everything she owns.
She has battled cancer and some other issues. She always paid them.
She went over there to pay the other day and was told her stuff was gone.
The belongings of her parents, the belongings from her grandparents, the things from her kids....everything she has worked hard for in her life was stolen and resold
I was listed as the secondary name on that account. I was never notified that she was behind. They deny that my name was there. Over a year ago however, I received a latter in the mail that she was behind. I called up and paid.
Did they really think that after 2+ years of paying her storage bills she didn't want her family belongings????
now her family heirlooms and everything else has been stolen and resold to made a quick buck.
Way to go, you have wrecked a life just to make a quick buck on a customer who has a history of always paying, even if it has been late at times.
They have now also lost a paying customer of over 2 years.
These people have NO shame!!
When you go over there and look around and wonder why they have so many open storage units, perhaps you'll understand "why" now.
And yes, I had somebody call there. They have no shortage of available units.
As sure as I write this, somebody from Nicholson(their parent company) is going to follow up with a message denying this and talking about how much their customers mean to them and that I should call them so they can get this worked out.
I have called. They aren't interested in helping out. And yes, I did curse on the phone when it was apparent they had no interest in helping.

How would you feel if somebody stole and then sold off your family heirlooms for a quick buck???
Buyer beware!! Stay away from AAAA Storage and stay away from anything owned by Nicholson Companies.

Really??? I haven't received any phone calls. Plus, I was told you couldn't talk to me because I was not listed as a secondary person on the account. By saying you were calling me, are you implying that I am a secondary person on the account???

I have left at least 2 messages for John and he has not called me back.
All in the name of making a quick buck, you have destroyed a life by doing what you did.

My friend talked to a Nicholson representative. They said there is nothing they can do.
when the alledged OWNER who commented in other places said they were going to make the experience "a positive one"...how so??? ..they were lying. what a shock.
Just like most of these reviews on here, it's all a bunch of BS.
My friend had over a 2 year history at 4A. she always had paid them.
These people are liars. They have no shame. They are thieves.
If you run into some unexpected hard times and you can't afford to pay them at that very moment...they will steal and sell off everything of yours they can get their grimy scummy hands on.
