Throughout that entire process, I was in contact to have A Movers take my belongings from the storage unit to my townhome. Due to the other companies negligence, I had to reschedule A Movers THREE times. I was mortified to notify David each time, but he was SO UNDERSTANDING and patient. He even personally came to the storage unit to meet me before his team loaded up their truck. Because he was so flexible with my situation, my moving experience did a complete 180. The movers were supposed to show up between 9-9:30am, but when we didn't see them by 10 we called the main office. By 10:30am we were able to get in touch with our mover who said he'd be another 2-3 hours. When we hadn't heard from them by 2 we called several times and left voicemails, but received no response. By 3 the mover's phone was going straight to voicemail (we suspect he turned his phone off) and there was no one at the main office to assist us. At 4 we decided to cut our losses and hire Hercules Moving, which saved the day. We never heard back from the original mover or received an apology. Terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism.

Milton originally came out to meet us and to provide an estimate, which we greatly appreciated, and it was right on-point at payment time. So important! The packing team was very good; they packed us up quickly and carefully. (While I'm still unpacking, all my breakables are so far in great shape!) They were friendly and professional. The next day, a different team handled the move and these guys worked so so hard! They were also very careful, efficient, and friendly, despite the very steep staircase in our condo. Subah and Melvin showed up early and got a fix on what was needed to move from storage. They carefully packed the truck with my belongings and were off to my new home. Then the move up a flight of steps was even quicker. Subah is a great leader and had the unpacking organized and coordinated. A ton of motion for a 2 hour job. Bottom line: nothing was damaged, job was done exactly as briefed, and super efficiently. Their quote was quick and accurate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! My elderly mother on a fixed income rented a unit here…read morefor an advertised price of $180/month. On Jan 1st, they informed her that her rate was going up to $231/month. So we decided to buy a shed on our property to store her stuff. It was then Terri, who is the most vile and disrespectful person I've ever encountered, told my elderly mother to get everything, including trash, out by the end of the month or they were going to continue billing her whether she stayed with the unit or not. So when I went to clean the last of the trash out, I inquired with Terri if there was an available dumpster. She then states that I was trespassing on HER property because I "didn't enter a gate code, and followed one of [her] customers in." Aside from that, when we first got the unit, it was in such bad shape. Absolutely filthy, infested with bugs and vermin, some of the units have people living in them (how they can do that, I don't know why, but God bless 'em). This place is absolutely deplorable, and as for Terri, I don't know what happened to her in her life to make her such a toxic, miserable, and disrespectful person, but I believe she's on some heavy drugs for the way she acts and looks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE PLACE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!
