Now the 4 months is almost up, I get a nice card in the mail saying that my rate has been "adjusted" due to "market conditions" and they jack the rate up to $234/mo. They think that because I now have moved my stuff in there, I'll be reluctant to move it all again so I'll just take it and pay up. Not.freaking.happening. I'll be moving my stuff out of there soon. If you rent from this place, do it with your eyes open: the "web rate" is an introductory rate that you have to pay 4 months in advance to get and after the 4 months, the rate will be jacked up to the "In store" rate. If you're willing to pay that much, go for it, but don't go in thinking that the "web rate" is what you'll be paying long term. It's not. By the way: they're still offering the "web rate" to new customers, you only have to pay the "in store" rate if you've been there for four months.
