    I used this company before and had a great experience, so I called them again to pack and move me again. They showed up on time but stated their work order did not include packing. The result was chaos. Things were thrown randomly in boxes, antique China not wrapped, clean sheets with shoes, plants buried under pictures (also not wrapped) and on and on. Left an entire closet behind and a car load of misc. stuff. Beware!!!

    UNETHICAL BUSINESS! This company was recommended to us by the Senior Community my mother was recently placed in. After my experience with them, I can only assume they're related to someone on staff & this is how they got their grimy foot in the door. They come from Virginia Beach to Northern Suffolk (Harbourview area) to service this particular senior community. Not an extremely long trek unless you speak with them about coming back to finish the job. Then it turns into a moon landing effort that just isn't possible. It is not ethical to make the location an issue after you've accepted the job. I would only recommend this company to the biggest a-holes I know because I can rest assured they will surely be screwed over. I will include a copy of our invoice for reference & photos of everything left behind in the old unit. Let me break down my experience as detailed as possible so you're well informed. My mother's minimal belongings were to be moved from her current studio sized Unit 411A to another studio sized unit 414A. The "A" denotes she's in an Assisted Living unit. The invoice also states their efforts will be charged at a 2 hour minimum ($160 per hr), but wait! We were graciously provided a "Special 10% Discount" which brought the total invoice amount to $288.00 I'm not mad yet. Not until my mother calls me crying because they left several items in her old unit and they refuse to come help her move them. She's also been informed by the executive director of the community that we will be charged rent on both units until we remove all of her belongings out of the old unit. Here's the kicker. We're going to start getting mad now. I call the moving company to ask them when they can come out to finish the job. The invoice has an in & out time stamp. The guys were only there 25 mins total & didn't move everything. They left a cabinet in her bathroom that is too heavy for her to move herself. She said she specifically asked them to help her move her shower curtain and rod because she was too scared to climb up on a step stool to do it herself. They also left her tv and cable box mounted to the wall, a chair, and the tv's original stand was left in the top of her closet. I try to calm my mother and tell her I wall call and speak on her behalf. Gerard was the Hercules Moving company contact I was so lucky to speak with. I explained my issue and asked when he would be able to come out to finish the move. He gave me the sob story that his guys already came all the way from VB & "his boys" told him they asked my mother several times if she needed them to move anything else. He tells me she insisted she was done with their services. Me: Are you aware my mother was in the assisted living side of this community? Gerard: Yes, but she should have done a walk through. Me: She is mentally incapacitated, your boys have eyes. The invoice says, move items from unit 411 to 414. There are still items in 411. When are you coming back to finish the job. Gerard: We are not Me: I will stop payment on the check until this is remedied Gerard: There will be additional fees added if you do Me: Do you think it is fair to charge a mentally incapacitated senior citizen $288 for 25 mins of work and you didn't finish the job? Do you realize the facility is going to charge me rent on both units until all of her possessions are removed from the old unit? Gerard: Not all of our clients move everything they own. Me: She's in an assisted living facility. Everything she owns needs to be moved from unit 411 to 414. It says so on your invoice. Gerard: "You keep using that excuse" (direct quote, not embellished) Me: What excuse? Gerard: "Mentally incapacitated. If it was so important to you...where were you? "(direct quote, not embellished) Me: I was in the middle of a F'ing move myself!!!!!! That's why we hired a "professional" moving service to handle this small job for us!!!! Gerard: Have a blessed day {disconnect call} Not only were we screwed over, we were judged. I chose to not stop payment on the check to see if this crook had the balls to cash the check of an assisted living senior citizen whom he left screwed. I hate to wish the same on his own elder loved ones, but maybe he needs a taste of his own medicine to learn a little empathy. It's in God's hands and all you potential clients. I hope you heed my warning and read the following noteworthy review as well. "While they remained respectful to me, the whole time spent packing was a lot of F bomb dropping and talking about what b*tches they f*cked at the club the night before (V, 2014).

Instead of diving for my money, he said sticky keys were easy to fix and walked me through text messages and FaceTime to fix the issue. Would you believe that a post it fell in my piano and was the cause of the sticky keys? I felt silly - this was a YouTube issue and Kyle was kind and patient with me! It was out of tune, responded poorly to key contact, and was overall in a pretty bad shape. Discovering their business in Chesapeake was amazing news, and I was met with a quick response and prompt, flexible scheduling for a tuning in my own home. Both Michael and Kyle displayed patience, politeness, and colloquial professionalism upon arrival and during conducting their services. By each time they worked on my piano, it completely different and better every time. Their rates are fixed for the most part depending on what needs to be worked on, but all-in-all affordable for restoring the beautiful sounds of my formerly neglected instrument. Their business is definitely one that has your back! So much more to say, but I cannot forget to compliment Kyle's phenomenal playing!
