She made me feel so comfortable. After getting my unit and finally moving in I was helped at the property by Brittni and again excellent customer service and a warming interaction. She was very attentive to my needs as well. The property was clean and in order compared to some storage units I have visited in the pass. I feel safe and secure at the property, I even referred my mother and now she has a unit, The property is immaculate with the cleanliness down to the bathrooms. Had such a good experience with Micheal! Never have i ever gotten a a storage unit nor was i familiar with the steps of process but he was very willing to guide me and had the patience of a saint!
