During May 2019, while my RV was stored at America's Best Storage, it was vandalized by someone who knew what they were doing. The tailpipe was cut off and my catalytic converter along with two O2 sensors were cut off and stolen from the bottom of my RV (costing me over $6,000 in repairs). This storage facility was aware of other thefts that occurred on their property; however, did not take proper action as a prudent business owner to notify renters that thefts had occurred. Further, they only have one camera at the gate, and they do not have someone onsite 24/7 (as their advertisements suggest). Bottom line, I moved my RV from the property and will NEVER go back. I would find somewhere else to store your RV or Boat. Trust me, it is just not worth it.

The first time I heard that the office staff was rude, I didn't want to believe it. I had my household items shipped from Cali and when the truck driver arrived at the facility before me, he went in to ask the front desk for where was the best place to park his big rig until I arrived. Once I met with the driver he informed me of how badly he was treated. The front desk staff made him feel EXTREMELY unwelcome. NOW I SEE WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. On a different note, (if you can get passed the front desk attitude) the property is pretty well maintained. But as a consumer who VALUES customer service, I CANNOT recommend this business.
