Flooding was my biggest concern when choosing any storage unit in Virginia Beach, especially in the Hilltop area. So far so good! She recommended products that would be the best solutions for the items I was planning to keep there- but not in a pushy sales way. They do have a pretty solid special of $1 for your first month. They require that you purchase some level of insurance, but the prices are reasonable and this is standard practice for storage facilities.
