I am active duty military and needed a unit immediately due to a short notice, long deployment. Ruth (staff member) was very helpful and honest. She was patient and expertly recommended different sizes based on my needs and wants. She also explained their military discount, policies and specials. She was a consumate professional. Here's the painful truth: their unit rent prices are competitive but their moving and packing materials are a bit expensive. Overall, I had a great initial experience and got just what I needed. The customer service here was better than it was at the Public Storage or the MiniStorage facilities near by. Need a storage unit and want the down and dirty on recommended sizes and pricing? Stop in and see AAAA. I don't know what the letters stand for but they are AAAA-Ok in my book so far.

My daughter didn't put the trash in, I'm assuming he saw us a man with his 2 dogs came outside and said to my daughter in a sassy way, "you can't put your trash in here, this is my trash can, there's signs all over it and they will find you" I rolled the window down as he was talking to her hearing the last part of there's signs all over it, and said I didn't know this was a house. Firstly never knew a storage unit to not have any where I can throw away trash. They didn't disclose occupants can't use the trash can. I didn't know someone lived there when your getting a unit they tell you nobody's on site.
