This is one of the worst companies to do business with. From today's experience, I was planning to…read moreclose out my account and remove any items from my storage bin. I drove up to the gate to input my key code and it said "access denied." Thinking maybe my key code was incorrectly dialed in. I tried again and the same thing happened. Ok then, let me go into the office and see what's up. I gave the peoples my name to look up my account, and I forgot the exact date I started with them. Today's the 30th, they told me I was ONE DAY LATE from paying my bill, so they mentioned they put a padlock on my storage unit. Then up to this point, everything is all good. This is the dialogue. "Ma'am, I'm going to close out my account today. I don't think there's anything in the unit but wanted to double check and recover my lock." "Sir, well since you are a day late, we locked up your storage unit. We can PRORATE you a price for a day, so you can grab your items." I'm thinking to myself, are you serious, 'PRORATE You a Price.' They also Had to mentioned that if I left any items in the unit they will charge for cleaning it out. Shaking my head at all this nonsense, for one day. So it's totally my fault not coming beforehand and I get that, but the principle of the One Day is driving me crazy. Just be aware, also the Prorated Price was $5 for one day. I recovered my lock and in the unit was only a folded up moving box. If they wanted $5 they could of just asked me for it instead of this nonsense. Lesson of today, "Don't be ONE Day Late or You'll pay A Prorated Fee.' Guaranteed!!!

I logged onto the app where it even tells you the code to make sure I had it right. It is 7:40 at night and access hours are till 10PM so there shouldn't be an issue with me getting in. Well, moving day comes, and guess what -- only 2 guys show up. Jennifer called, said 2 employee were in overtime and they couldn't pay them to work and another one called in sick. The difference in cost between 2 and 3 helpers was a whopping $20 -- but because there were only 2 movers, the job dragged on for 9.75 HOURS, and I ended up paying over $2,000 (with tip) for a move that was literally 12 minutes down the street. When I called out the obvious bait-and-switch, Jennifer couldn't have cared less. Her exact response: "We appreciate all feedback. I'll share with our manager. Thank you." That's it. No apology. No accountability. Just a robotic response like this is business as usual -- which, honestly, it probably is. It's clear how they operate: They lowball you to get your booking, then change the plan at the last minute, knowing you're stuck on moving day. Classic scam playbook. The two movers themselves were great guys -- hardworking, respectful, and honestly deserve to start their own company because this one is a total joke. Do not fall for their fake "friendly" quotes. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the frustration. Get another company that values honesty and your time.

WOW! Talk about being secure and being above and beyond! Starters, its a gated and coded storage…read morecenter. They have access hours so if someone comes after hours, they'll know they are up to no good. I was happy with the price and the options I got. I got a 10'x15' space and it was a non-climate controlled space. But get this, technical the building the unit is in? Is temperature controlled which is what I thought climate control was. The climate control takes care of humidity for if you are storing electronics. The gate, the door entrance, the elevator, all are code required to access. And if you are moving items to the unit, you can use their truck at no cost! (reservation required) I am definitely happy to leave my items here at this facility.

When I call management to tell them what happened they say I signed a release form that stated I did not want moving blankets used, whited they charged me for. Now why would I want that? This is vintage wood furniture in very good condition. They send their "furniture repair man" out (who was actually very nice. But all he does is glue the leg back on and use a stain marker to paint all of the deep scratches in my furniture. I spent 1700$ to have my furniture ruined. Never again will I use this company.
