I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Two Men and a Truck…read more During my move, the crew pulled my dresser away from the wall without using a dolly or having a second person assist. As a result, they broke the dresser. When they showed it to me, they immediately claimed that it had already been broken and previously glued back together -- which is completely untrue. The dresser had never been broken before. They are now trying to say the glue and screws show it was previously repaired, which is false. The damage happened during their handling. They then had me sign a form, telling me I was just acknowledging that they took photos and were starting a damage claim. I later realized the form was not what they represented it to be. I feel I was misled into signing something under false pretenses. In addition to the dresser, they dented my washer during transport and caused frame damage. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they repeatedly punched the washer in an attempt to push the dent out. They are now refusing to repair or properly fix that damage. The problems did not stop there. They removed doors from their hinges and failed to reinstall them properly. Some doors now will not go back on the hinges at all, and others were damaged during removal. They also scratched multiple walls throughout the home. Overall, this experience was careless, unprofessional, and handled dishonestly when it came to accepting responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company.

Today's the 30th, they told me I was ONE DAY LATE from paying my bill, so they mentioned they put a padlock on my storage unit. Then up to this point, everything is all good. This is the dialogue. "Ma'am, I'm going to close out my account today. I don't think there's anything in the unit but wanted to double check and recover my lock." "Sir, well since you are a day late, we locked up your storage unit. We can PRORATE you a price for a day, so you can grab your items." I'm thinking to myself, are you serious, 'PRORATE You a Price.' They also Had to mentioned that if I left any items in the unit they will charge for cleaning it out. Shaking my head at all this nonsense, for one day. So it's totally my fault not coming beforehand and I get that, but the principle of the One Day is driving me crazy. Just be aware, also the Prorated Price was $5 for one day. I recovered my lock and in the unit was only a folded up moving box. If they wanted $5 they could of just asked me for it instead of this nonsense.
