I arrived at jack rabbit after a very long and stressful trip, i had been driving for about 6 hours. The moment i walked into the establishment i was greeted with a smile and hello from Henry. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that everything was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. We need more workers like him in this world, he also had a great sense of humor as left i was still laughing at a joke or two that he made. I would recommend this jack rabbit location to anyone looking to find a storage facility. The prices are very fair and the facility is extremely clean including the storage area that i rented, the front office, and also the parking lot area around the building. Just rented a storage unit here and the staff is absolutely incredible! We came close to closing time and they made sure we were in and out and even showed us how to properly lock up everything as well as make sure we knew every detail about this place!
