This is the only UPS store I'll patron in the area. Everyone is always so kind to me. Even when I'm annoying with 1,000 packages 4 mins before closing. As a business owner I appreciate them and their excellent customer service. They even take care of my many Amazon returns with ease. The best UPS store in the 757 hands down. read more

I was just in the UPS store (Saturday, September 20th, 12:30pm) and I didn't catch the guy behind the counter's name but whatever they are paying him-he deserves a raise. Very polite, very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my Amazon returns were sent out correctly. Give that man more money and a pat on the back! read more

I wasn't home for a Amazon delivery and it was left for pickup at this location. I came to pick it up around 6:30 and had to wait a few minutes but the associate Charles was polite and made the pickup process easy though it was thorough (which I actually appreciated). I had to verify my address and show my ID (so don't forget that). Solid experience. read more

Just putting this out there for UPS STORE 5173 DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go there, they have ruined a Christmas project that I wanted to have laminated and bound. When I went in there the guy told me that it was because it was card stock. Buddy I know that you can laminate card stock! Both of my daughters are teachers we laminate everything! You just don't know what you're doing. He then proceeded to tell me that I'm lucky I even had it since he didn't have to do it for me at all. Dude, I paid $58 for laminating and binding you aren't going to speak to me like that. Who else do I go to after the owner? Edited after owners response...... haha! That's funny! Slamming the project on the counter!! That simply is not me, and yes I was told that the reason it didn't laminate well was because of the paper I used. Also Funny how your employees apologized to me when entering the store the second time for their coworkers behavior and how he handled things. I hope they enjoyed their pizza it seems SOME, but not all deserve it. read more

Great place for Amazon returns! They are quick and rarely have I waited in line ( except at Christmas for 10-15 mins ). If you need a return to amazon you only need the QR code from your request. The ups staff takes care of it all for you. Easy-peasy! read more

Rushed here after work trying to do an Amazon return, double checked the hours and it said they closed at 5pm. Tried to open the doors to do a quick 30 second transaction at 4:50pm and everything was locked up with no note on the door saying why they randomly closed early!! I went to the store in person with my husband and he had purchased a box there for years and when I asked about his box due to bills that came in they straight up lied to my face saying there was no box under his name when he has had over 50 packages there. So I come to this UPS store to ship off something and they tell me it's $3 to open the emailed label I sent them and $2 to print the label plus $5 and some change for the box that is RIDICULOUS Office Depot charge .15 cents for ( 1 ) print out. This place is Waaaay too overpriced for nothing best thing to do if you have a prepaid label or if you are a business owner or sell e-commerce is to purchase your own supplies. This location is very fast and efficient. I've been here several times and they provide notary. If you need to fax an item you can email it to them, they will print it out and fax it for you -local or long distance and provide the fax confirmation sheet. A plus, they always have free candy at the cashiers desk :) read more

This is a very clean location. the clerks were very professional and knowledgable of there jobs. My question was on becoming a notary and the knew the process and fees. The lines got long when I was in there however the clerks serviced the customer in a reasonable about of time and reduced the wait time. Normally pretty good, but a few issues here today; first, I had an important package to ship. I knew I was going to pay an arm and leg for packaging, but oh well. I asked about first class mail and I was told it weighed too much, so I used UPS ground which was $11+ for a 36 ounce package. When I got home, I discovered USPS would have been $6 for 2 day priority. (Why lie about the price?). I called to get a refund, and they said no problem but they couldn't refund the packaging. When I went to pick it up, they had lost it! It turns out they gave it to another customer! After 20 minutes of searching, he walks in with it. I got refunded everything but the $1 they charged to actually pack it. I have been charged for blank pages here before, but never a situation like this; telling me the wrong price and then losing my package? Never again. read more

Charles is excellent. Always very thorough and does a great job. My only issue was whenI called to ask a question and the manager, Sylvia, was short with me and just not very nice. However, all my packages I have mailed for my business have gotten to their destinations quickly with no problems so I will go back. read more

Great service! I only stopped for a few minutes, to drop off a pre-paid package that would be on its way to Texas (a tmobile defective Samsung phone.) Anyway, the guy was totally nice, gave me a receipt, and I asked a question about them selling "just boxes" and he said yes, and even gave me a quote on a box that I inquired about. I'd come back to this location if I ever need something shipped via UPS. read more

RIP OFF! Good customer service, but they don't protect you as a consumer. Paid over $68 to ship over seas, I was told at the store it was insured up to $100, but didn't tell me that is a UPS thing. Mailed out in March, no tracking, no insurance (as they are telling me now), I bought all the stuff to package from their store as well. They couldn't do tracking on the packages but the USPS store can. I went later to the USPS store to ship another package out. Paid $20, got a tracking number, and the package got there in about a week. Don't waste your time with any of these stores. read more

Recently got married in Chicago. I wanted to lessen the load of things to fly with me to Chicago, so I decided to ship some items to my sisters house in Chicago. I wrote the address myself on the box but when the employee entered the address he entered south instead of north. It got sent to the south side of Chicago. When I called, they told me I should go to the south side and pick it up myself because it'd be faster. I would have done that originally, only if I wanted to get shot! The south side of Chicago is not the safest! They said they send a driver out but there was no guarantee. I never got a response back. So I'm not sure if they did or didn't. Spent $50 for someone else to get my personal wedding items I guess. I promise will never go to this location again. I don't recommend anyone else to either. I'd give them zero stars if it were an option. read more

I was greeted with a smile and they were more than happy to take care of me They had the UPS shipping envelopes that I needed and were more than willing to help. The location at the courthouse on Nimmo were just horrible to deal with. They were inconvenienced because they were not going to be able to sell me additional shipping material. I had a difficult time with Karen, the manager. She seemed very underwhelmed for my initial appointment, and then again for my pick-up appointment. Despite my attempts to be kind, sweet and easy (and increasingly so once it appeared that she wasn't enjoying this process) she didn't seem to want to hear what I was looking for or pull dresses that she thought I'd enjoy based on that information, nor did she pin any of the dresses that weren't quite my size to get a better idea of what they could look like if fitted properly. My mother helped me in and out each dress, and though we set appointments with Karen, she often seemed to be elsewhere when needed. So many brides rave about their bridal gown moments, but unfortunately, I was given the impression that my wedding/dress search was more of a burden than a joyous occasion. read more
