I really like this location. They have a separate kiosk that's easy to send back Amazon items when you don't have to wait in the regular line. Whenever I do need help or they're not busy I go up to the counter and they're always super nice. I haven't paid for any shipping myself. I had an Amazon item to return and Eden Way was one location listed to take the package to. I also needed some copies of a flyer made so I hoped to handle both. As soon as I went inside Kenny approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him I had an Amazon return. He took me straight over to a register and and asked for the scan code. I pulled it up and within a minute or two he had it taken care of. I asked him what the price was for black & white copies. He told me $.14. That was good news and the cheapest I have found. So I told him I needed 40 or 50 copies. I gave him the flyer and he took care of the copies. He then asked Rose to come over and ring me out. Rose was very helpful and pleasant just like Kenny. It's been nearly five years since my original review of this UPS Store location. After all that time, it remains a solid five-star experience for me. It's just a pleasure walking into this store. The premises are always neat and clean, the staff is always very professional while being polite, friendly and helpful.  The employees all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The usual thing I do here is make the occasional return to Amazon, it's super quick and easy. Just walk in with your package and hand it to them. Show them the QR code sent from Amazon, they do a quick scan with a wand and take care of it from there. That's all there is to it. I'm usually in and out in less than a minute. I've shipped other packages from here as well and every transaction has been fast and easy. Packages have never been lost and everything just works as it should.  I will continue to patronize this UPS Store for all my shipping needs. read more

I stop into this UPS Store location maybe once every couple of months to complete an Amazon return. It's always a smooth process and I've always received prompt service. They are probably the only establishment I've seen that has strict capacity requirements AND is enforcing them - 3 customers at a time allowed in the store. My past 2 visits, patrons are honoring this and will wait in a line outside. No complaints and I'll keep using them for my returns and, perhaps in the future, shipping needs. read more

I have recently started an online womens clothing boutique so I desired a more professional mailbox not a PO Box which this UPS has. The prices are more expensive than a PO BOX but I like how you get a real street address and the fact that any size or types of packages from any type of mail carrier can deliver your packages here. Also when your packages arrive they are supposed to call you but I get emails which suffice for me so it eliminates me constantly tracking my packages. You can also drop off Amazon returns here. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. There is one older man with glasses who can get a bit snappy but he doesn't bother me none. This is not my usual UPS store. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that THIS location was opened on a Sunday until 3pm. All other UPS stores in the area were closed. They're fast and nice to boot. I don't come in much, but every time I have they've displayed knowledge, patience, efficiency and speed. I dropped off a package and expected it to be busy, since I came in on 1/2/19. As I expected, there was a line to the door, but there were 2 employees working and they we're rockin' it out. Awful, if you like having your PII announced to whomever may be in the store go ahead and come here. Store clerk had no wherewithal to just ask for a driver's license or make an attempt to be discreet. She just announced my information out to the public. And yes it was just 1 person, a stranger, and yes I did become annoyed at the audacity and ignorance of this woman. It doesn't matter who it is. Keep your mouth shut, you have no idea who I am or who the person in the line behind me is. Does UPS not train it's employees better than this? Obviously not, because upon packaging my items she went to the back to complain to her supervisor that I "got mad" and attempted to minimize the situation by stating it was just one person, and by the way myself and the 4 other people could hear every word this unprofessional clerk said. I needed to mail out a few things overnight and remembered the UPS store by work. I left a few minutes early for lunch and actually did not need to. I had everything done before the lunch crowds rolled in. "The Good" - Maybe its because I am from up North but I found the no nonsense, little bit smartass but sincere interaction pretty cool. Patty and her husband are great, very kind and friendly. - I was in and out and had everything sorted in under ten minutes. - They have everything you need in case you forget various sized envelopes or boxes. - Copy machines are easy to use. - Mailboxes... they will sign for deliveries and forward mail as well. "The Meh" - The items they have on site are a little bit pricey, although convenient you will pay for the fact you are not prepared ;) "The Bad" - Nothing really bad to comment on. read more

Came into this UPS Store to send off ATT/Directv equipment. I recently switched service providers and needed return my old equipment...the UPS store offers a convenient partnership to return your equipment for free. I walked in and was promptly greeted. I informed them that I need to send off this equipment and the employee knew exactly what to do. She asked for my account numbers (I had 2 sep account #s since I had service prior to the merger) and processed a return. This was quick and convenient. While one employee was tending to me, I was able to observe the other employee with other customers. That employee performed just as well. Overall, it was a great, quick experience. read more

The UPS Store at Eden Way N is excellent. I have visited twice and on both occasions I have been helped by two Excellent staff; Andrea previously on first visit on 11/21 and Jon, today 12/10/2020. Today I needed Notary Services and mailing services. Both services available and done very professionally and timely by Jon. Same happened last time with Andrea who helped me with 2 mailing transactions. I am an very grateful because I am a Senior and don't usually have a need for these services. I'm in here at least 3 times a week mailing SOMETHING. Please note that you CAN drop off your prepaid USPS packages here and they will give you a tracking number for them in addition to purchasing USPS postage. Not all UPS stores do this! Horrible customer service. I read online how to get a package delivered to the store because we are out of town. The first person that helped me was friendly and was great at helping me but an older man came out of the back and yelled at me because he called my mom who mailed the package to me and she didn't answer so he was getting ready to send my package back and acted like I couldn't have a package delivered there. Came here today and I was very pleased. I went to the Fordham location first and the rep said their manager didn't allow them to ship usps prepaid labels any longer because of previous issues and not being able to print out a receipt. Well I drove over to the Eden way location which was the next closest during rush hour on a Friday evening which took about an extra 15 mins than it would have on a normal day but they were able to ship and print out a receipt for me in about 2 mins. I normally go to this location but today I went to Fordham out of convenience and ended up being inconvenienced so from now on I will just visit the Eden way ups store. read more

I've come to this UPS location for years; it was my go-to for returning my college textbooks! UPS always made it so easy to return my books and it literally takes 2 seconds. Walk in, drop off books, get receipt, done. You don't even have to pack your books up and they will do it for free, just bring a box! (I found this out my last year so I was a bit late lol). I've also sent other packages besides returns and the process is just as easy. Shipping prices are not outrageous and my packages have always been delivered on time. Avoid this store! I have a package that I dropped off with a prepaid label attached that is lost (Sent 1/9/2018 at 14:30). When I called the UPS company on 1/23/18 and inquired about what my actions should be, they said I would have to file a claim thru the store in the morning. UPS stated that the Package did not arrive at Richmond on the pallet received according to the tracking number. I would later find out that the UPS 1-800 number was incorrect about filing thru local store/and how the package was handled thanks to Mr. Hammond at the Baxter/Princess Anne location; who was very Knowledgable, Helpful and Understanding. I went in to the Eden Way location at 08:40 (doors still locked at Eden Way that was supposed to be open at 08:30) a Young Asian American quickly came to the door and apologized for not having unlocked. I asked to see the store manager and was told that he was off. I asked if he could help and explained that I had been on the phone for an hour talking to a UPS representative about a Lost package that Verizon had not received. I explained that UPS representative stated I would have to go to the store I dropped the package off to file a claim. He (Young Asian American) looked up the tracking number and proceeded to tell me it was in transit to Richmond and that he did not file Claims that I would have I would have to call UPS . I explained to him that UPS is claiming they never received it on they Pallet of boxes received in Richmond. So someone is incorrect. I ask if he could call someone and ask what to do. The Young man was NOT knowledgable at all on Processing/shipping of packages and who is responsible. He called another store manager who told him that UPS would have to process the claim and for me to call them back. I asked if he could call UPS to get this straight because they were saying the Store was responsible. He said that was up to me! Great customer Service, NOT! I then ask him if UPS says they did not get the package and that the store has the Package who is responsible for the package. He then Stated "We are only a Drop off location"! I responded, so your telling me if I dropped the package off at your stored and have a receipt showing you that you took it or if an employee at your store took it that you are not responsible for it? He stated that no on has ever stole anything at his store. I am asking who is responsible for the package after you receive it. His answer was UPS. So I asked him again, your not responsible for the packages I drop off to you once you receive them. He said No that they are just a drop-off station! BEWARE of a UPS Drop off station that will not be responsible for packages dropped off! This really upset me and I responded with harsh criticism. His attitude was abrasive and could care less about what I was having to deal with. In others words he left with me with the impression that it was my problem and not theirs. AVOID this store, evidently being responsible for your packages is NOT their concern! Horrible Experience. Don't send anything expensive material from here. I have send one iphone 4s and one free tmobile phone. Only the free phone reach to my destination and Iphone is lost. And also there is abt 300 dollars insurance thing with the shipping but they are giving me trouble in getting that money. I needed to have a relocation document notarized, scanned and emailed. Rose, the Notary there, was so helpful and patient with me. She had to notarize ten copies of the document. She was very organized and efficient. She also scanned 37 pages of the document and emailed it to the destination. I will definitely use this UPS store again. They were all very helpful! read more
