I arrived around 3:30 PM only to find the doors locked and no employees inside. There were several other customers outside as well, all just as surprised and frustrated as I was that the location was closed. I attempted to contact customer service to find out what was going on, but I was stuck navigating an automated system and was never able to reach a representative or get any answers. It's extremely disappointing to make a special trip based on the posted business hours, only to find the location unexpectedly closed. If a store is going to close early or not operate during its advertised hours, that information should be updated online so customers don't waste their time and gas. Management needs to do a better job of ensuring that posted hours are accurate and that customers are properly informed of any changes. Would not recommend relying on the posted Sunday hours at this location.

I had some very anxiety ridden executives reaching out for updates all day Thursday. Without skipping a beat, each time Peter quickly assured us that he was on track for a 5pm delivery. He called and emailed when he was on his way to drop our items off to the given site, and he called and emailed when they were dropped off and the job was complete.
