Receptionist (not owner/technician) was go-between. Not good for small business. I told her my current wrap job was few years old and showed scratches. She told me that they had just gotten in some new vinyl 3M wrap material that sounded good. She said he couldn't assess what wrap was originally used so I would have to drive 40 minutes down to the shop so he could see for himself. When I did she forgot to tell me they had moved ten minutes away so 50 minute drive. When I got there owner [?] comes out and says we cant guarantee this new wrap material is scratch resistant. The stickers I ordered from the online company will be useless by the time they arrive as the event I needed them for has already passed. Lesson learned- just shop & print local. Flag banners, t-shirts, hats, laminated labels and business cards. Every single item was perfect. The labels were turned around in under 24 hours. The hats were delayed a bit ( due to a problem on my end, not his ), but Josh had them delivered to me when they came in. Seriously, who does that? If you need anything printed, embroidered, laminated or created, save yourself some time and headache and just call Josh. We will never use another company. The price was under $250 for both doors, which was a good value since even the cheap magnetic placards for doors are around $100-150 for a pair. The people there seem very customer service oriented, and were responsive. I went to the VB store to get the estimate but they only do the wraps in Chesapeake, it seems. That was a bit of a hitch, but not a huge deal. They did a really good job so I definitely can't complain. I'd recommend them.
