Unfortunately, the photo wasn't very clear, as it had been cropped from another picture and needed quite a bit of touching up to make it suitable for printing. We were fortunate enough to have Roy and Chris at Studio110 help us with the photo. They worked their magic and then recommended Spectrum Printing and Marketing to print the picture for us for the funeral. Spectrum graciously printed the photo for us at no cost, given the circumstances. We cannot begin to express how much that kindness meant to our family during such a heartbreaking and stressful time. Their professionalism, compassion, kindness, and understanding toward people they had never even met will forever stay in our hearts. What started as a difficult situation unexpectedly introduced us to our new "one-stop shop" for all of our future printing needs! Thank you, Beth, and everyone at Spectrum Printing and Marketing. You are truly appreciated, and your kindness will never be forgotten.

I sent in my designs & although there were some corrections that needed to be made, they were able to get them done for me with a one day turnover. Had it not been for the corrections I would have had them the same day. I priced a few places in the area & they were still cheaper even with a ONE day rush. All other businesses would have taken 3-7 days to complete them. I'm not trying to diss other businesses in the process, just saying that I'm so thankful Spectrum came through for us! Thank you!

Awesome Service!…read more Doug is the kind of guy who is not happy unless his customer is 100% satisfied with his work. He has a creative streak and sees things from a different perspective that enables him to develop eye-catching videos and photographs that make you take a second look. He built me a vivid website that grabs your attention without using memory intensive programs that slow down your site. Doug will listen to what you want and make it happen. BEST PART We first contacted Kurt at Customer Magnetism…read morebecause after discussions with other companies in our industry in non-competitive markets we received feedback that their internet marketing was producing as much as three times the amount of leads that we were getting with our current SEO program. A free analysis of our current situation revealed what we thought was a huge loss of opportunity in this area. After talking to a few of their clients, which gave us very positive feedback about Customer Magnetism we decided to put our trust in them and made a switch from our current SEO services. Almost immediately we saw an increase in our results after making the switch. We also had an outdated website and we worked with Kurt & his team to design a new website. We were included in all aspects along the way and they welcomed our input so that the end result produced a new website that not only did they feel would increase our lead generation but that we also came away with what we thought was a great design for representing our company. Our peers have commented many times that our website is one of the best they have ever seen in the industry. But most important the leads and revenue from our internet advertising program almost doubled and the cost dropped dramatically. If you have these type issues with your current SEO provider we would strongly suggest you contact Customer Magnetism. WORST PART It would not be a fair statement to use the words "Worst Part", but all companies have room for improvement so I would say it would serve us both better if they had a stronger understanding of our particular industry, although we should have done a better job of educating them also. OVERALL FEEDBACK You would find Customer Magnetism very easy to work with because of their fantastic staff and quick their response when you want to speak with them or have any questions about your program. Sitting down with them designing our new website page by page formed a great working relationship and their attention to every detail was fantastic. If you have any second thoughts about your current SEO results I would not hesitate to contact them for a sit down.
