I needed a quick turnaround on replacement of a shattered iPad screen with damage to one corner. Gus graciously worked the repair into his schedule. He thoroughly explained the procedure and his paperwork; then set the expectation of when it would be finished, which was later that day or the next morning. I received a text that afternoon saying the repair was complete as stated and picked it up the next morning at his shop. I found Gus to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their internal processes and communication are completely inadequate, which left me as the customer without promised services resulting in adversely impacted business operations for my business. My best advice is to stay far away from this completely disorganized operation unless you have the patience and time for shear incompetence masked in pretty words from their owner when his staff misses the mark.
