The two gentlemen showed up a little before the scheduled time and were done cleaning within 90 minutes. I requested carpet cleaning for 3 rooms. I had scheduled a deep clean, which is a 4 hour cleaning and was going to be $150 and intended to use them on a monthly bases. The day came and one cleaning professional showed up on time, at noon, and immediately went to work. They don't really talk to you about what you are looking for or what you want them to focus on. The first cleaning professional was very focused and getting stuff done. The second professional didn't show up until a little over 30 min later and she seemed very distracted by her phone. It was 2:30 and they were gone, the floors were wet but I didn't get to see what they mopped with or how. I was very confused because they definitely werent here for 4 hours and our house definitely wasn't deep cleaned. We started to look around and noticed if there is something under a couch or table or behind something they didn't pick it up. The cleaning professional in the kitchen, she was the distracted one, took all the stuff on my island and moved/piled it on a small side counter. Not organized in any sort of manner. I was going to let all that pass but then I noticed my sons knees, he's a crawler, had become a dirty brown color. I became very concerned because he crawls everywhere and I didn't want him getting sick if they floors were gross. It took numerous swifter pads to clean my floors and I don't have a very big home at all. I contacted them and let them know everything and they asked if I wanted them to send out a manager the next day to clean but I had already cleaned everything myself. You would think with the package confusion and less than satisfactory services they would offer a discount but non was given and they didn't honor their military discount either. I paid for the 2 hour service, a $90 service, but had to reclean my floors, pick up stuff from under stuff, and they didn't even touch my laundry room.

I usually get my whole home cleaned bi-monthly but my usual lady has been closed due to Covid since May so I thought I'd try another place out. The booking process was very easy-I grabbed one of the available dates and paid my deposit online. I was assigned Kristen for my scheduled clean. She came in, with a mask, and explained the procedure and was very friendly/professional. You do have to pay for the service up front. In 3 hours, she cleaned only the kitchen and stated that she ran out of time because my cabinets were tall. They are tall, however, the rest of my kitchen wasn't "3 hour deep clean" dirty. I would say just the stovetop had some cooking splashes but nothing else in there was severely dirty to require that much time. In three hours, she did the outer cabinets, stove top, outside of oven, outside of fridge, outside of cabinets, sink area, outside of microwave, range hood, fingerprints from the door and the island top. This took 3 hours...I know it was only one person but time management could have been better. She did do a good job---one would expect with that much time. I was hoping for her to at least get the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms cleaned in that timeframe. My original cleaner deep cleaned my entire house in 3 hours and did an exceptional job and when my husband came home from work, he would KNOW she came by. He didn't notice a difference this time since the kitchen wasn't a disaster to begin with. The work from Sharon's cleaning company was good, but not something I would go back to, hence the two star deduction. I hope she ends up hiring more people to commit to the deals and hours that she puts out.
