I called him back on my phone and left another voicemail. He has not answered or returned my call. UPDATE: Even after suing the company they still refuse to reach out to me to mail the check. John Reeves is the owner of this location and he told me that no white paint would be showing and I would be very happy with the results. I had to bring my car back 2 different days because they worked on it after hours. After my car was finished I saw the horrid job and wanted to give it time to maybe fix itself before I jumped to conclusions. I hear there is a cure time and was hoping that would fix itself. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. The technician Jason spend a number of days working the fine details to get this project right. The result is the most cutting-edge vinlyl wrap Decepticons emblem on the hood of my car (see picture). The employee checked for me the turnaround time and the cost to do the job. I went on line, put in my details and uploaded my image file with my due date of three days later. On the day I'm to receive my print, sir speedy sends me a quote for the work. I call them up and they inform me that the dive print I needed was not in stock. I talked to someone on the phone, and they sent me an email that they received my info. Now I'm screwed without the print that I need for a job and all they could say to me is, sorry. This is totally unacceptable. Ask many questions and double and triple check what they tell you.
