Flag banners, t-shirts, hats, laminated labels and business cards. Every single item was perfect. The labels were turned around in under 24 hours. The hats were delayed a bit ( due to a problem on my end, not his ), but Josh had them delivered to me when they came in. Seriously, who does that? Used these guys for VO talent and recording for years with no issues. Then we started getting…read more"renewal" invoices for sessions that were "buyouts". No big deal, honest mistake? Kept happening. Then after a session in 2019 they tacked on an extra $1K in bad charges. Never agreed to. No change order. Got tired of the bad billings. So we stopped using them. Now each year they generate fake invoices and mail and email them to us in a typical fishing scam. They know that all of our contracts were for buyouts. We've since reported them to the FTC, BBB, and States Attorneys office for fraud. I would steer clear of these guys. If you have an account with them I would audit them. Even their collection agency admitted they had nothing to go on.

I called him back on my phone and left another voicemail. He has not answered or returned my call. UPDATE: Even after suing the company they still refuse to reach out to me to mail the check. Ive called many times and no return call. They do not answer the phone either. WORST PLACE IN VA BEACH. Do not believe anyone who says good work comes out of this shop. Pictures of the whole thing are uploaded for proof of what comes out of this shop. By far the worst work I have ever seen. I recently got a brand new BMW and wanted to get the roof wrapped and chose this location. The biggest mistake I made in a while. John Reeves is the owner of this location and he told me that no white paint would be showing and I would be very happy with the results. I had to bring my car back 2 different days because they worked on it after hours. After my car was finished I saw the horrid job and wanted to give it time to maybe fix itself before I jumped to conclusions. I hear there is a cure time and was hoping that would fix itself. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. He had plenty of time to fix this issue

In my case, I had them do a vinyl wrap for a purple Decepticons emblem on the hood of my Toyota RAV4. The emblem brightly lights up at night (see picture). The technician Jason spend a number of days working the fine details to get this project right. The result is the most cutting-edge vinlyl wrap Decepticons emblem on the hood of my car (see picture).
