It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

Incredibly shoddy work and even worse customer service. I was surprised how many simple,…read morefundamental spelling and design errors Deborah made on a website that couldn't have been simpler... especially since I would give her the copy proofread and correctly spelled and she'd somehow find a way to screw it up... with incorrect spacing, misspellings, formatting errors... I thought this woman was a professional and that I'd be able to turn over the information and she'd come back with a professional website. I ended up having to spend many hours correcting her shoddy work. Worse, after paying her $2750 she tried to overcharge me for hosting, which I protested and so she refused and has refused to this day to give me the files for the website that she was paid $2750 to create. She cleverly put my domain files in her name so I can't access them and refused to give me access to them once I refused to let her overcharge me for hosting fees. Once this woman gets her money, she won't spend one more second trying to help you and will try to hijack you for more cash. Deborah is all about Deborah. Customer service and integrity is non existent once she gets her cash (and was probably non existent even before she got it).
