On May 3rd 2019 artwork was finalized for approximately 30 screen printed shirts. with a request to be completed on or before May 17. The shirts were to have a full size graphic screen printed on the back and a small baseball size screen printed graphic on the front. On May 15 we were given a box with what appeared to be a completed final product. We discovered that the graphic on the back of the shirt was printed on the front and the artwork for the front of the shirt was nowhere to be found. We communicated this to MM and was advised to return the shirts the next day. We asked if reprints could be ready in time for the deadline and we were advised that they could be rushed but they would probably just end up with mistakes again. :-( Initially we were going to work with the misprinted shirts but later chose not to. On 17June we communicated updated reduced quantities from 30 shirts to 15; as the shirt was for an anniversary that came and went and the folks that came in from out of town no longer wanted the shirts. On 27Jun We were told that we are now subject to new screen fees at $20 per screen to reprint shirts that were messed up through no fault of our own. :-( On 10Jul we contacted minuteman seeking an update as to the status of our replacement anniversary shirt. It wasn't until July 12th where we called again and were advised shirts would not be ready until the following week. It was in this same message we were advised that as a cost savings measure a different process would be used to create the replacement shirt. We asked if the shirt would look the same and we were told yes. When asked if they would be the same quality we were advised the new process was "a different type of screen printing". Not a yes or a no. We followed up on Jul 18th for an update. Where we were advised and I quote. "We (MM) have your stuff in to finish your anniversary shirt". On July 31 We receive a call in response to a message that we left at the MM office regarding our order. During our discussion we are advised that "the goal is to have this order completed on Aug 2 ." Later in the afternoon on July 31 we reach out asking for a time when which we can come to the shop and pick up our completed shirts. The response was "I'll get back with you on that shortly." No response :-(. We sent a message the morning of 1 August asking when we can pick up our shirts the following day. We are told that "blanks are in" for a separate order (More on that in a separate review) and that a time is still being worked out for the order referenced in this review. It was told to us during the call on the 31st that the work had been outsourced to "a group of guys that work at night" and that a time is still being worked out for pickup. On 2 August around noon we sent a message asking what time shirts will be ready for pickup; no response. An additional message was sent asking if we are a "no go" and still no response. Another message was sent closer to 4pm stating something to the effect that we would really appreciate a response as we are being left in the dark regarding that order. Still to no avail. In a last ditch effort and high hopes that the order was ready we stop by the shop only to find that our order still is not ready for pickup. :( On Monday August 5th we call the shop and are directed to the owner of the business who explains that we will be receiving a call within the hour. We receive the call and are advised that material is still pending for completion. Recall earlier in this review where on Jul 18 we were told "We (MM) have your stuff in to finish your anniversary shirt" and on Jul 31 "the goal is to have this order completed on 2 August." The pending material was something called a "transfer". We consulted a friend in the industry as to what a "transfer" was. We were advised that it is a lower quality method of affixing powdered ink from paper onto fabric that doesn't last as long as screen print. We reach out to MM to confirm where it was reiterated that this "transfer" was a different type of screen printing to which we responded. Well is it of the same quality as the process used in the original? Instead of answering the question we were asked is screen print what you want? To which we responded yes. We were advised "well that will take another week" :( During a call on 6 August we requested that we be expedited on the "screen print schedule" To which we were told "we (MM) will do our best". Shortly after that call we arrived at the shop to pick up a separate but related order that had been delayed for undisclosed reasons. We asked again if our anniversary shirts could be expedited and we were told that an ETA could not be given because "there could be unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays outside of their control" and we would rather not offer a promise of a completion date than offer one and have to explain. As of the time of this writing we still do not have these shirts and we still do not have an ETA. read more

I went in asking to have several things made. Told I'd get a call back the next day. After two weeks, I followed up for a call back and was told again I'd be contacted. I have followed up weekly asking for this call back for a month now with no contact. Lost my business for now. I know they have great products and produce high quality designs, but I can't wait a month for a phone call. read more
