She sent me a version of the business card according to what I told her I'd like and was given 2 versions. I paid a down payment of 50% of what they quoted me and did all the revises online. Within a couple of days, they had it ready for me. I am very impressed with this company. I ordered 500 cards with one revision and the total was around $180. It has now been over 5 weeks and i have not got a straight answer when the items will be shipped. I have talked to a real person who said he didn't have access to the information and he would send a email to someone else to follow up on my order. So far all i have got is ew are really really busy and we will get your items to you as soon as possible, but no time frame. Please change your disclaimer to say over a month because if i would of known it would take this long I would of purchased these items from somewhere else.

Recent name change from Martin Screen Printing to MSP Design Group. The name change stems from the company being sold off Summer/Fall 2015. The most recent experience my son's swim team. TIDE has a contract with MSP for them to supply all T-Shirts, hoodies, hats etc with team logo's. They set up an online store for ordering that I have yet to use, but have heard it works well. If you need to drive to their office the GPS will lead you to the front door, well sort of. Be prepared for the turn off onto the VB Blvd frontage Rd. There is visitor parking right up by the door. There is also off street parking. The products we have purchased so far have been of good quality. A logo modification was handled upon request in coordination with the team to improve visibility. After multiple washes of T-Shirts they have held up well. The hoodie draw string came out on first wash, then second wash and company was contacted and to date are looking into it. The service has been strong and professional. On both occasions I have dealt with them directly. First time was CSR Diane who met up at the pool for a delivery. Second time was in the office with Diane, office staff and founder of the company. Every one super friendly. I would recommend for your printing embroidery work. MSP has the products and service to help your individual, team, or business needs.

Used these guys for VO talent and recording for years with no issues. Then we started getting…read more"renewal" invoices for sessions that were "buyouts". No big deal, honest mistake? Kept happening. Then after a session in 2019 they tacked on an extra $1K in bad charges. Never agreed to. No change order. Got tired of the bad billings. So we stopped using them. Now each year they generate fake invoices and mail and email them to us in a typical fishing scam. They know that all of our contracts were for buyouts. We've since reported them to the FTC, BBB, and States Attorneys office for fraud. I would steer clear of these guys. If you have an account with them I would audit them. Even their collection agency admitted they had nothing to go on.
