Peter had a quick response time and confidently said he could complete our project by end of day Thursday AND have them delivered to the appropriate location. Sure enough, Peter pulled through. I had some very anxiety ridden executives reaching out for updates all day Thursday. Without skipping a beat, each time Peter quickly assured us that he was on track for a 5pm delivery. He called and emailed when he was on his way to drop our items off to the given site, and he called and emailed when they were dropped off and the job was complete. THANK YOU to Peter for going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I am baffled at the lack of customer service skills across every portal on a daily basis, and he was such a breath of fresh air. Needless to say, he has been added to our list of preferred printing vendors and we will be using him in the near future.

My office uses a few different print vendors, but there really is something special about Jones.
