I saw his work, drove from Hampton to Chesapeake. My order came out decent, but this establishment is extremely unprofessional. The owner forgot to return my original photos, and when my dad went to pick them up the young lady in the store "couldn't find them" and said he'd be right back. 15-20mins later, he had to SUGGEST that she call and ask him. When called, the owner said "they were on the counter." No they weren't. They have No regard for people's time, and there's a SERIOUS lack of customer service. How interesting that the universe aligned where they only had to deal with my very pleasant and patient dad. 2 damn stars. read more

I called and e-mail communicated with "Fady" last week regarding my order of 10 T-shirts. I e-mailed him my image and wording that I wanted on the shirts. He e-mailed me back on Monday of this week stating he had the design ready, the total cost and requested that I stop by to make payment so he could start printing. I called him Monday around 3pm and stated I would be at his shop between 4-4:30pm that day. He said he closes at 5pm at that time was OK. So (ONE hour after I talked to him) at 4pm, I arrived at his shop. The front door was locked with a sign on it stating they someone would return at 5pm.....sounds familiar from a lot of other reviews I've read. smh! I sat in my car for about 10 minutes to see if anyone would come, while I called his cell phone (b/c this is his business number), no answer and his VM was full. I sent him a text letting him know I was sitting out front of his store. No response. I waited five more minutes and called his cell again and he intentionally sent me to VM.....However when we communicated via phone the week prior he returned my texts and answered my calls....My final text to him stated, "This is not very professional nor is it good for your business." It is now Thursday, I just tried calling his cell b/c maybe there was an emergency....giving him the benefit of the doubt b/c sometimes life happens.....and he sent me to VM AGAIN!!! I'm not sure what I did wrong that this man does not want my business. If I could give him NEGATIVE stars I would. Very shady business.... I've provided pictures of the texts because I want people to know my experience was legit. I do not recommend this business. And if you do give this guy business be VERY CAUTIOUS!!! read more

I've made two shirts at this establishment and though my second experience was slightly better than the first, it still left MUCH to be desired. -The print came out fine, but the customer service just leaves such a bad taste in your mouth. First of all, the store itself is just disheleved, pretty sure the vinyl scraps are permanantly embedded in the carpet at this point. Second, the owner is NEVER there and leaves teenagers to basically man the store and fullfill the orders. I really dont care who makes the shirt, but the fact is these people always have to call this guy 3 and 4 times during a transaction to find out what they need to do. Third, there are prices posted, BUT, you wont know what you are charged until you are charged. They just make it up as they go. Lastly, I had a specific font I wanted to use but could not bc the owner has a virus riddled laptop from which he is trying to operate an entire business. INVEST in yourself. You boast you can do "anything" but you cant even download a font? mmmkayyy. I have many more opinions but I'll choose to just share the facts. Definitely would encourage people to use Tee Mania in PHMall vs this place anyday, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do in the interest of time and travel. read more

This may just be the worst experience I've had in a retail store. I call the number that is on Greenbrier Mall's website and a man answers "hello," as if it's his cellphone. Then I inquire if it were the store and after a minute of silence he replies yes. I should have known here that this is not the place for me. I ask him what type of files they need, the time it takes to complete, and how much. He replies it ONLY takes 10 minutes and it would be $25. Great, I jumped in my car to the mall. I tell the lady what the guy said to me and handed her my drive for the files. I notice one other customer so I ask how long will the wait be. Lady said 20 minutes. Cool. 20 minutes turned to 40 minutes. Then 40 minutes turned to an hour. I ask the lady what's going on because she keeps stopping to talk to people. After waiting 90 minutes I call the number I called previously as he is the owner. Again he answers hello. Really dude?!? Get a google number and run your business effectively. He didn't see the issue with me waiting 90 minutes. I tell him about the price difference on top of the inconvenience. He didn't care. He called the store and the lady looked at me as he talked. Clearly the time she stared at me she could have been completing shirts. When she finally got to my order, it took her two minutes. Yes two minutes. Then tells me the next time I come, she will do better. The next time? Imagine that! This place sucks! I am willing to pay triple what I did to have the job completed timely. A 20 wait turned to 110 minutes. Find another shop. read more

The only reason I give this guy 1 star is because there is no option for ZERO stars. He messed up one of the hoodies I wanted him to make for my business and then expected me to pay for it. When I didn't pay for the faulty shirt He became extremely Arrogant and completely unprofessional. sent me a bunch of Ugly text messages claiming I had no right to use the company logo I paid for because I wouldn't buy his crappy shirt. Would not EVER recommend this guy to any one! Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. You can get a better design online and MUCH MUCH better customer service. read more

I was skeptical about their work for the price. Lets say all the skeptics went out of the window when the work was finished. They do excellent work in a timely fashion. Provided my sweat shirts on a Saturday and everything was finished Monday before Christmas. read more

I give them a low rank NOT for poor product, but for their breakdown in communication, their terrible mistake in judgment, and for their UNETHICAL business practices. As a business owner myself, I understand the "hard decision - making skill set" is somewhat a gray area because you generally learn from your mistakes. The day I wandered in to this shop to buy two tshirts for a birthday present, I was first made to wait about 23 minutes before the lone clerk had a chance to talk to me (I was the only person in the shop). After placing my order I was told to come back, and when I did the harried clerk showed me that he used the correct transfers, then put them in a bag and off I went. A week later the present is opened, everyone laughs, and they are put in the laundry. Upon being taken from the laundry the transfers on both are coming off. Furthermore, once we actually lay one of the shirts out square, the design was off center by an inch or so.... very noticeable. Keep in mind these were never worn. I went back to the shop to get a refund. I will admit I didn't have a register receipt, but I had the debit item from my bank with the date and the amount and the name of the store. The clerk called someone, ostensibly the owner, and then offered to remake the crooked shirt and put the other shirt back under the iron. I didn't want a defective shirt 'ironed' longer. I didn't want a shirt remade when the first transfer didn't stick. Maybe it was applied wrong, or maybe it was cheap crap that just didn't work.... I didn't want to be back in the store in a few days with another crap shirt. So, I wanted a refund. I was told no... the receipt wasn't the issue, it was just a flat refusal. Rebaked shirts or nothing. So, in this store, the customer isn't always right I guess. $30 down the drain for unwearable shirts. I would honestly buy my shirts from a vendor with proven customer service. read more
