He sent a proof of the first shirt and I noticed it wasn't the finalized graphic sent. When I made mention, he ordered a replacement shirt at his cost without me requesting it. Nice! Embroidery was average, not stellar; stitching was a bit inconsistent from shirt to shirt. Some had thicker lines in certain places compared to others. In my case, it wasn't a deal breaker considering the 7 day lead time. There's no charge for finish work on pieces they sell; they do print/embroider pieces they don't sell for a fee. Support local and keep commerce in the community.
