I checked online and saw the hours... ugh... not opening up until 12:45 pm. So I left and came back about 2pm... the line was super crazy. Needless to say, it was the day before Christmas, what was I thinking. Well after 2.5 hours later I walked out with my finished sweatshirt for my daughter. I was super satisfied with the outcome and my daughter loves it as well! Basically you come here, tell them what you want and they deliver. You can either purchase your shirt/sweatshirt here or bring in your items. On this day in particular, I witnessed people getting their coats custom as well as entire outfits from jeans to an entire sweatsuit. The guys are pleasant and seem to have good repor with their customers. I can tell he has a lot of repeated customers. I know I will return again, but hopefully I do not have to wait as long. And for my trouble, I did receive a discount off my purchase, this was a pleasant surprise! Beware!!!!I will never patronize this business again…read more Customers are required to pay in full before receiving their items, yet the business repeatedly fails to honor its own promised completion dates. I paid for my shirts a week in advance and was given a specific pickup time. When my son arrived as instructed, the store had already closed before its posted business hours, and the shirts had not even been started. Throughout the process, there was little to no communication. I reached out for an update before the pickup date and received no response. To make matters worse, the owner was rude to my son when he came to pick up the order, despite the fact that he was following the instructions that had been given. As a business owner myself, I understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, professionalism means communicating with your customers, honoring your commitments whenever possible, and treating people with respect. My time is valuable, and I should not have to chase down a business to complete work that was paid for in advance. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint regarding these business practices. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer care.
