Peter had a quick response time and confidently said he could complete our project by end of day Thursday AND have them delivered to the appropriate location. Sure enough, Peter pulled through. I had some very anxiety ridden executives reaching out for updates all day Thursday. Without skipping a beat, each time Peter quickly assured us that he was on track for a 5pm delivery. He called and emailed when he was on his way to drop our items off to the given site, and he called and emailed when they were dropped off and the job was complete.
