This experience gave the impression that small businesses are not a priority for this company. Additionally, there was no accountability or even a simple apology for the communication issues. They did not press on me their own binding and connected me to an outside binder. They were attentive to numerous clients with short deadlines; I had no compelling deadline and my large order did take a while.

Brad lied in his email saying tests were going out next week and said quote "we truly do not care about your lifestyle choices" of course it's not a choice, but bigots can't help but use bigoted language. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. She sent me a version of the business card according to what I told her I'd like and was given 2 versions. I paid a down payment of 50% of what they quoted me and did all the revises online. Receptionist (not owner/technician) was go-between. Not good for small business. I told her my current wrap job was few years old and showed scratches. She told me that they had just gotten in some new vinyl 3M wrap material that sounded good. She said he couldn't assess what wrap was originally used so I would have to drive 40 minutes down to the shop so he could see for himself. When I did she forgot to tell me they had moved ten minutes away so 50 minute drive. When I got there owner [?] comes out and says we cant guarantee this new wrap material is scratch resistant. Ok trip wasted.
