If you're planning to print from your phone, you'll need to email your documents to their system rather than sending directly from your device. There are instructions at the print station, but you should expect to handle most of the process on your own. I did ask a few questions at the counter. The associate initially seemed a little short, but became more helpful once I started asking specifics and pointed me in the right direction. One thing to note: faxing is priced per page (I was quoted $2/page), which felt a bit high for me, so I ended up skipping that service. Overall, I was able to get my printing done, but just be prepared for a more DIY experience if you stop in.

He explained that he would have to check with the other employees to find out if anyone found my lost items, which he did! He came back the phone and asked for my name and number just in case my purchased items were found and I would be contacted. I provided him with my name and cell #. Rude and unprofessional service. I stopped by the UPS Store…read moreon Independence Blvd and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The man who appeared to be the owner (a short, foreign Danny DeVito-looking guy with no name tag) handed me a tape gun and told me to tape my own package, then threw me the plastic label slip like I should already know what to do with it. When I asked for him to do his job, he got defensive and said, "Don't tell me what to do in my store." He also made me feel stupid for not understanding their self-label setup -- even though I just wanted him to handle my return like every other UPS store does. The place wasn't even busy; there was only one other person there. I didn't realize I was supposed to do everything myself at a UPS store. His attitude and tone were completely unnecessary. I'll never go back to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Most jobs require tight deadlines, and I have been let down time after time by printers who make promises and don't deliver. Signature Printing is by far the best printer in terms of service, quality and price. They've printed everything from brochures, media kits, booklets, invitations and direct mail for me. They are always delivered with high quality by deadline. Signature is not always the lowest bidder when you're getting estimates from various printers. But they are competitively priced and the service is worth the extra money. The only downside is they can only rush jobs but so much. They aren't able to give you the quickest turnaround when you are in a bind. But for non-emergency projects, they have a very reasonable turnaround time. Save yourself and your staff the headache and go with Signature Printing!
