I can never remember to buy packing tape for my house, but they are always happy to tape up my packages for me when I drop them off even when I'm using a prepaid shipping label. The shopping center is so convenient. I can always knock out at least one other errand (usually grocery shopping at Fresh Market) when I have to take my packages. Or I can just use this errand as an excuse to visit Starbucks, Gelati Celesti, or CFA across the street. Their COVID practices are great. I've been in about 3x since the pandemic started. Social distancing is enforced and masks are worn by customers and staff.

As a long time customer our office has seen Jones Printing go above and beyond to meet our needs even when we have had what some may consider unreasonable deadlines. My office uses a few different print vendors, but there really is something special about Jones. The level of quality control here is top-notch: from the copy-proofers, color-proofers, the teams responsible for operating the printing (digital and press), folding, cutting, bindery, delivery and so much more. I know that the pieces they print look good. I know that in a side-by-side comparison to another print piece of the same type the piece printed here will very likely subtle noticeable differences, that really make a difference. Recently on a big project the Jones' team level of quality control goes above and beyond. It is what we should all expect. It is what I hope other print houses deliver also. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The interaction went as follows: Me: I'd like to ship a package out of the country Destiny: well let me estimate how much that is before I even decide if I'm gonna do that Me: before you decide? Destiny: yeah cuz it can be anywhere from $300-500. What's your phone number and what's the address? Me: I gave my phone number and said, I just sent out a package two days ago to the same address- And she didn't even let me finish before becoming too upset to finish my transaction. She just walked away and kept shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and talking under her breath all the way out the door. Couldn't even look me in the eye on the way out. The other lady at the desk helped me with my order. I honestly don't know what I could have possibly done to incite that reaction from Destiny. She was probably having a hard day. Maybe she wanted to help me really quick before leaving at the end of her shift but realized I would take longer, having to ship out of the country? I'm really not sure! The next lady was super nice and patient with me, even though it did take a little bit to figure out how to send it out. Every other person at this store is great! There's never a line either! I called him back on my phone and left another voicemail. He has not answered or returned my call. UPDATE: Even after suing the company they still refuse to reach out to me to mail the check. Ive called many times and no return call. They do not answer the phone either. WORST PLACE IN VA BEACH. Do not believe anyone who says good work comes out of this shop. I recently got a brand new BMW and wanted to get the roof wrapped and chose this location. The biggest mistake I made in a while. John Reeves is the owner of this location and he told me that no white paint would be showing and I would be very happy with the results. I had to bring my car back 2 different days because they worked on it after hours. After my car was finished I saw the horrid job and wanted to give it time to maybe fix itself before I jumped to conclusions. I hear there is a cure time and was hoping that would fix itself. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. He had plenty of time to fix this issue

The technician Jason spend a number of days working the fine details to get this project right. The result is the most cutting-edge vinlyl wrap Decepticons emblem on the hood of my car (see picture). NOW that they are the only craft store in town they have declined and become very expensive. They use to be more of a craft store and now they are more of a home goods store. They carry a lot less DIY items and less arts and crafts overall. My10 year old niece was even turned off by going in. You NEVER see anyone to get help or ask questions. So you have to wait in line to ask for assistance and even then it is not great. For example: she is looking for things to keep her busy for the summer. Like candle making. They did NOT even have the basics. So we bought the basics that they had and then had to order the rest from amazon. Just to get the basics. She had 4 other crafts on her list but they just did not have it. She was looking for tie dye. They had NOTHING. They had T-shirts but nothing else. We went over to Walmart and got tons of tie dye. The stores are not even fully stocked. I saw a lot of empty space . One last really weird thing. My niece was looking for the mini sticker maker. She was even willing to spend 80 on it. They carry the refill but they do NOT carry the sticker maker. Why is this???????? If someone figures out what their goal is I wish someone will explain it to me. It seems like they just want to be a home goods store
