Signature Printing is by far the best printer in terms of service, quality and price. They've printed everything from brochures, media kits, booklets, invitations and direct mail for me. They are always delivered with high quality by deadline. Signature is not always the lowest bidder when you're getting estimates from various printers. But they are competitively priced and the service is worth the extra money. The only downside is they can only rush jobs but so much. They aren't able to give you the quickest turnaround when you are in a bind. But for non-emergency projects, they have a very reasonable turnaround time. Save yourself and your staff the headache and go with Signature Printing!

But these were two packages I wanted to see in someone's hand. The counter employee couldn't have been nicer. And I was given a receipt with the tracking number. I can't speak to the pricing since both packages were prepaid. The business is located on the north side of Northampton Boulevard not too far east of Norfolk Premium Outlets & the entrance & exit ramps to I-64. The spacious store that's meticulously clean is located in a small shopping center whose exterior is pleasant & appealing. Parking is plentiful. Not just shipping, copy services & shipping supplies were offered. I was surprised to see greeting cards, books, office supplies, electronic device accessories and much more. The organization of the various displays was nicely done. The size of the store allowed for plenty of room for its various offerings. There was absolutely no crowding, which I loved. It's not fun to try to squeeze between store displays. The FedX Center led me into wandering around to see what they sold. Bravo!

My husband and I stopped by a few minutes later and were helped by Bri. My husband was wearing a white Polo shirt and she let him know that white shirts are often denied because the background of the photo is white. My husband's shirt had some pops of color so we took his photo anyway, but then he remembered that he had a black jacket in the car and asked if he could retake the photo. Bri kindly allowed him retake his photo. After my photo was printed I noticed that there was a strong glare on my nose from the sun. I asked if I could retake my photo and Bri once again saved the day and happily retook the photo. There was a slight glare on the retake but Bri was able to get rid it by adjusting the lighting on the computer before printing the photo. Wonderful experience and very appreciative of Bri's help, patience, and customer service.

If you're planning to print from your phone, you'll need to email your documents to their system rather than sending directly from your device. There are instructions at the print station, but you should expect to handle most of the process on your own. I did ask a few questions at the counter. The associate initially seemed a little short, but became more helpful once I started asking specifics and pointed me in the right direction. One thing to note: faxing is priced per page (I was quoted $2/page), which felt a bit high for me, so I ended up skipping that service. Overall, I was able to get my printing done, but just be prepared for a more DIY experience if you stop in.

It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. In my case, I had them do a vinyl wrap for a purple Decepticons emblem on the hood of my Toyota RAV4. The emblem brightly lights up at night (see picture). The technician Jason spend a number of days working the fine details to get this project right. The result is the most cutting-edge vinlyl wrap Decepticons emblem on the hood of my car (see picture).
