So far we are exceptionally happy with this company and the service…read more We scheduled a whole home deep clean and then monthly follow-up maintenance cleaning. Due to travel, we had to reschedule a few times and it's super easy bc they always send a reminder text a few days out and ask you to confirm or let them know if you need to cancel or resked. Day of, text when they are on their way in their arrival window. They can also come if you give a key when you aren't home if you are comfortable with that. The two gals who came this time to do the routine cleaning were Jordan and Naveyah and they were prompt, polite, and friendly with my little pup who loved following them around. House looks wonderful from both visits and we're exceptionally happy with the service, communication, and prices. A+

Would give negative stars if possible. I have scheduled two…read moretimes with this business. The day before I get a text to confirm that I still want to continue with my appointment. I submit yes and think I can plan my day around the time I agreed to with two maids. Jokes on me. The first time my appointment was in the morning. I get a text 1 hour before they were supposed to show saying I am rescheduled to 1-3pm. No hey can you do this new time? Nope just you have been rescheduled. So my entire morning was wasted and I had to reschedule my afternoon plans. Today they rescheduled on me two hours before my agreed upon appointment and moved it up. I asked if I will be compensated $50 off since if it were the other way around I would have been charged. I am informed basically, management can't keep clients appointments that they agreed upon for that day if one of client cancels and I should be happy they gave me an hour back in my day (you know because they came early and screwed me out of my morning plans). They then also LIE and tell me they don't charge if their clients reschedule as long as it's the same day regardless of how much notice they give however their text message says differently. The maids are great but the management will waste your time with no consideration, no compensation and then tell you that you should be happy they did it earlier than what was agreed upon. I didn't complain the first time they wasted my time but 2 for 2 is completely unacceptable. Management is TRASH.

The cleaners ruined the houses stove, sprayed abrasive chemicals on the plastic unit. The stove looks like it's melting. they took off the light covers and didn't replace them. When I complained , they claimed the house was "like that before". i explained to the guy that if he "cleaned the stove" then why is the chem still on it. They failed to wipe the cleaner off the stove and caused the damage. Now we have to seek legal action for the damages done. If you want a service that just ruins your whole house, charges crazy prices and is super rude. This is definitely the place for you.
