yeah, so i definitely should've read the reviews here on yelp vs groupon. i needed my carpets cleaned since i was moving out of my apartment . purchased their groupon and called to schedule the appointment . the rep called back to schedule my appointment, cool. my time slot was between 2-4 when the would arrive . ok. now. fast forward to the day of the scheduled cleaning .... i'm at the apartment waiting for the technician to arrive. finally 3:55 hits and still no word. i called dispatch or whoever to see what's going on, no answer. he literally NEVER showed up. no call or anything. the next day i wanna say, dispatch finally returns my call. she asked if i wanted to reschedule... NO. i didn't need them anymore . my apartment complex needed a receipt from a cleaning company and flawless was literally useless in assisting me. so of course it was past the period to receive a return from groupon, so i had to take a credit. like, how unprofessional came you be ? and groupon should definitely cuts ties with them, especially since this somehow seems to be a common trend . they're lucky i had to give them one star, because they don't even deserve that . read more

My lease required a professional carpet shampoo upon move out and then Groupon sent me their deal as a sponsored ad. It was perfect timing. I bought it bc I didn't feel like comparing different companies I just needed a job done. I've been cleaning my own carpets every three months with the solution and machine rental at the grocery store. I was upset I was made me hire a company when i took care of their carpets and could do it myself but I understood after the carpets were done. A professional cleaning is impossible to duplicate. This is the second time I've used him. First time zero issues it was Summer time and him and his daughter came. Scheduling was quick easy zero problems. Round 2: eeek it was a rough start. I called left a message scheduled an appt a few days later... everything was moved and no one shows up. I was scared to try again. I called left messages saying no one showed and never received a call. I was trying to avoid Groupon bc he said he would honor the same price. Few months go by and I see a Groupon for them. I call left a message she did call back. I scheduled... however, called back 2 seconds later when I realized there would be a conflict. No return call. I prepared just in case he showed while I was out of town and he did. He was awesome I told him what happened... he took my card over the phone and all was perfect. Called the owner of the business over a month in advance to schedule a carpet cleaning service on the rental I am moving out of. He called me at 5:30 on a Sunday (the day before our scheduled appointment) to tell me his equipment broke YESTERDAY and he has to cancel our apt tomorrow morning at 9am. I do understand life can be unexpected.. but what I cannot understand is how the owner of this business thinks it's acceptable to call me at 5:30 the night before our morning appointment when he could have called me yesterday so I could find someone else to do the job.. almost seemed planned so he could still get my mohey. It's upsetting because I am moving out of state and needed this to be done within the time frame of my lease expiring. He didn't care a single bit, in fact his response was "wouldn't have made a difference if I called you yesterday or today, no carpet cleaning business would have been open to schedule you anyway". The audacity, because had he called yesterday I would have had at least 48 hrs to figure it out instead of 15. Also, as if this guy knows every single carpet business's hours in Hampton roads. Scheduled for today 3/18/17 between 10-12 and we moved all the furniture and removed everything from the rooms for the cleaning. And no one has shown up. I have left two voicemails and have not received one phone call back. And according to their hours they are still open. Can't believe a company would do this not just to one person but to tow people. Bought Groupon, went to redeem it and make appointment, no answer for a week, long after 3 day refund period. When we finally scheduled, it was for Noon. Showed up 5 hours late. Bought four room package. Had 3 rooms and a hallway. He said hallway would be $15 extra even though we PAID for 4 rooms. He said he was the owner. And when I asked him if he can just do the hallway anyway, he said he can't because Groupon takes most of the money. Despite his reviews saying that he "threw in the hallway for no extra charge." After he started copping an attitude, basically called my wife a liar, because she told him there are other reviews of people saying he threw in the hallway at no extra charge, I told him to leave. Purchased a groupon for this company about a year ago, it took about a week to get someone to call me back but I was able to schedule an appt with them for the following day, it was a lady and a man who came and cleaned the carpet and did a great job fast forward I seen the same groupon I used last year available again so I purchased the groupon called for 2 weeks finally leaving a message to schedule an appt and the man returned my call the next day to schedule my appt for the following week between 3-5, because i needed my carpet cleaned I schedule it for the first available day which was the day of my son baseball game, so I took off early didnt take my son to his game so I could wait home for them to come between 3-5 and move all my furniture around so at 4:30 the guy finally calls to say that my house isnt within the range and it would be an extra $60 for him to come clean it I explained to him this isnt my first groupon through the company and the other time they came out here with no problem, so I call the other man (on 3 way) who I scheduled my appt with to ask him if it was within the 30 miles required for the groupon he assured me it is within the miles. The other man who was supposed to clean it starts talking about how he is the owner and it isnt in the range and he dont know what address the guy is using but it's the customer job to make sure it's in the range! This company came to clean my carpets. Four rooms and 2 hallways. They were done in half an hour. I inspected one room to find that 3 stains had not been removed. I asked that they try again and was told no. Stains were permanent. After they left I used "Hot Spot" on them and they all came out. Don't waste your money on these frauds. read more

I made an appointment for Saturday Jan 13, 2018 for 12-2pm and received a call at 122pm about their equipment being down and were going to get it fixed and would call back at 2pm. We purchased the Groupon and called to schedule our carpet cleaning with Flawless carpet care. When we scheduled (a month ahead of time) they took all of our information including our address. At the time of service, we received a phone call saying that they couldn't come and use our Groupon because we were located outside of their 30 mile zone. They told us that they could still come and clean our carpets, but for full price. When we scheduled our appointment they said nothing about our address being too far away, and instead called to tell us at 11am when they were scheduled to arrive between 10-12. Because we were moving and needed our carpets cleaned, we were forced to pay way than planned. Very unprofessional, would not recommend. read more

Normally I deal with John (the owner) who does an exceptional job! However, this round I dealt with a different employee who arrived 2 hours late, stumbled around and did not complete the job. John contacted me that evening and I informed him of the issues. Upon further inspection I also noticed damages to the walls not previously there. I attempted to contact the owner back 3x on my cell before calling from work (different number). I did not leave a message and hung up. Someone else (NOT the owner) called back thinking I was a new customer. As soon as I mentioned who I was he nonchalantly stated that the owner would call me soon. I mentioned that professionalism is important and I would greatly appreciate a phone call from the owner ASAP. My ex - roommate bought their Groupon when she moved out and it's been nothing but headaches and excuses since with this company. Everything seemed fine when I called to schedule our SECOND appointment when they bailed on the first without calling. Then 20min before when they were suppose to show up, they say theres an issue with the truck and they can "possibly reschedule before next week". I have three little kids so we had plenty of mystery stains but they were able to get them all out. I ended up adding a few things on and he was accommodating and did an incredible job. Got hit with fees, and then they told me the one good bit of news, they could complete the job without me there and would lock up after they left. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After initially scheduling an appointment more than 2 weeks out, the technician no calls no shows. The next day, after no apology, I was told that the technician must've misplaced the paperwork. I was then scheduled another week out. Then on the morning of the appointment I sent an email from Jonathan Nagle stating that since I was more than 30 Miles from there location I didn't qualify for the special and would be charged double. I asked why I was just being told this, especially when I looked up the distance from zip to zip it was less than 30 Miles. I was told by John that it was my fault for not reading the fine print and zero remorse for all the time wasted waiting on his company and energy spent clearing the rooms to be cleaned.
