I shipped a package overnight, paid the extra money to have delivered the next day. It was not and they refused to file a claim and put a stipulation that I could not file a claim with UPS direct. They gave me the run around about the manager (Beverly) not being available or at the other location (Haygood). But she is never there either. They stopped answering the phone and the inside workers are very unhelpful or willing to help. Absolute worst decision to mail anything through them. If its an important item to you or the person you're shipping to...you better think twice and then go to FEDEX or USPS. read more

I have contacted the UPS customer service about this problem of the missing package that was in your possession. And they (UPS Customer Services) have no response to the theft that is going on at your location. I can't file an insurance claim, because the postal service said they never picked up the package from your store. But I do have a receipt and a picture of me dropping it off at your store. Trust me, J will never use and warn other customers to stay away from your store because of the theft that is going on there. read more

Go to the store at 9am that says it's been open since 8:30.....not a soul in sight. No one there. Lights off. Locked up. Nothing.

This location always has friendly, helpful staff who are knowledgeable about the services the store offers. I generally use their shipping services, but they also offer printing/copying and professional printing (business cards, banners), as well as shredding, faxing, passport & ID photos, notarizing (by appointment) services, etc. I find that for my needs UPS is more affordable than FedEx, and UPS is often an option for making Amazon returns without the packaging as well as for other major retailers that provide prepaid return labels. UPS is also able to accept USPS mail/package items and often has stamps for purchase, so you can make your UPS and USPS stops all at once. I don't think everyone realizes that UPS offers PO Boxes with real street mailbox address options. This service includes package receiving, mobile notifications, and 24 hour access. For printing, you can reach this location at upsprint5507@gmail.com. It can get a bit hectic at peak times, but the staff keep the line moving. I also appreciate that they don't necessarily close at the exact second they're set to close. This is very kind to customers and more effort on the staff's part. read more

I have noticed that the experience at this location can vary depending on who is assisting you. There is a woman with long black hair who I believe may be the owner or manager. Every time I interact with her, she seems subtly dismissive, does not greet me, and is cold and unhelpful. It's subtle but noticeable. This morning, when I went in to drop off a package, she casually pointed to the self-service kiosk. When I asked her where she wanted me to place the package, she casually told me to put it on a different counter. Her dismissive and unfriendly behavior is off-putting. Having worked in retail and concierge, I know I wouldn't interact with my customers that way. I suspect she may not be fond of people of a particular hue - lol. Whatever the reason, even though this location is the most convenient, I will go out of my way to visit a different location whenever possible to mail or drop off my packages. read more

Brandon was a wonderful help just now. I've had recent surgery and unable to unload 46 pairs of draperies that were ordered in the wrong length. With a smile on his face he grabbed his dolly came out to my car loaded everything returned everything as pleasant as could possibly be! I absolutely love my UPS store! Went to this store on Friday, December 30 around 11am. The female employee was extremely helpful and in two minutes resolved the amazon return problems, which the employee at Virginia Beach Blvd. UPS store refused to help me with the previous day. It goes to show the difference between a good helpful employee and one who is simply doing the bare minimum. Thanks again to the employee who helped me and my Mom!!! read more

I'm not sure what happens at this store but the service is hit or miss. I've had great times and I've had miserable times. I recommend if you are in a long line that's not moving quickly, it probably won't. But if it moves quick, you're in luck! Need more focus on consistent hiring or training - it shows! read more

I came here a random weekday to deliver a gift to my cousin. The fillipino girl who helped me seemed like she's been working there for a while. She was very attentive, approachable, and despite it being a little busy she acknowledged everyones presence making each person feel like they were being helped. One word: Professional. I have had several issues with this location. They are never open when I come at 9 am when they are supposed to open so I wait in my car until someone finally shows up to open the store. And they miss-mark packages as "picked-up" when they werent causing alot of issues trying to figure out where your package is. Extremely disappointed in the management of this store. read more

Fantastic. Phenomenal. Flexible and willing to meet customer needs. I arrived at the N Great Neck UPS 12 minutes before they were supposed to close to drop off a prepaid, labeled, packed return, only to find the doors locked and lights off. I called this location and the kind, friendly proprietor agreed to stay open LATE so I could rush down to his location to make my drop off. I can't say enough good things, or be more grateful.
