It showed up 2 weeks later than it should and the pharmacist said in no way shape or form should I take that medication with the way the weather has been changing. We will courier them to you. They packed it up for me, and the screen displayed which shipping option would be the cheapest price as well as travel times. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. If I went anywhere else, no one would probably take the time to walk me through the process or properly pack what I needed to be secure to make sure nothing damaged it (like good Lord, I put way too much time and effort into decorating a cooler- I'd be out for blood for whichever shipping company chipped my paint that was sealed multiple times and with freaking resin). I needed to drop off a pre-paid package and was emailed an updated shipping label on the way here. I called and spoke to someone who said they would print it but it was $1 - rather pay that then go back home. I came inside - emailed it to them - they printed it - I paid my $1 and they added the new label to my package. Told me pickup from FedEx was 5pm and sure enough, it was scanned and started moving along at 5:11pm that day. Staff inside were friendly and I also asked about buying stamps and was able to purchase a set and choose from one of three designs. No issues for me - seamless!

The man who appeared to be the owner (a short, foreign Danny DeVito-looking guy with no name tag) handed me a tape gun and told me to tape my own package, then threw me the plastic label slip like I should already know what to do with it. When I asked for him to do his job, he got defensive and said, "Don't tell me what to do in my store." He also made me feel stupid for not understanding their self-label setup -- even though I just wanted him to handle my return like every other UPS store does. The place wasn't even busy; there was only one other person there. I didn't realize I was supposed to do everything myself at a UPS store. His attitude and tone were completely unnecessary. I'll never go back to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
