BEWARE!!!!! we have been renting from this place since 2021. It was nice, clean, safe and not much traffic. The last couple of years it has gone WAY downhill. Junk cars, people living in their RV, weeds the size of saplings, trash, condoms, holes cut in the security fencing, vehicles on fire in the enclosed lot, poor lighting, nobody in the office to talk to if you have a question or complaint. When you do bring up concerns you are dismissed or at best promised the issue is being taken care of. Our RV has already been hit once but since the security cameras don't work half the time, nothing gets done. Every 6-8 months there is a price increase; the first 2 were without notice. I feel sorry for the multiple businesses being ran out of this place. You set up your space, get clients and you either have to endure the rate increases as the property goes downhill or move and start all over in another location. They need to do better. Please go buy some weed killer and walk your property.

The elevator (if you have an upper unit) is large and always working. And setting up my account was easy. The front desk is always very polite, and always prompt in resolving any issues you have. One of the light bulbs in my unit went out. They had it replaced within the hour. There was an accidental charge to my card. A short and simple conversation later, my card was refunded. First, the sliding doors have been inoperable for quite some time, and there has been no communication regarding the status of repairs or an estimated timeline for when the doors will be fixed. Additionally, the office has been closed during regular posted business hours on multiple occasions. This has been particularly frustrating during recent weather conditions, as customers have not received any communication about adjusted hours, closures, or schedule changes.
