I originally put stuff in storage in 2017 or 18. I was paying about $150 a month. In less than 10 years it's more than double for the same unit I'm paying $331. There's no improvement to the facility. In fact, things have gone downhill in my opinion. There is no one there at the front desk ever... EVER! So 24 hour surveillance that's just cameras and who knows if they're working... I guess you gotta trust those guys. But why should I? Why should you? The maintenance man is there for half a day on Friday. The only day of the week he's there. And he is hard to get in contact with. And if something comes up on Friday, he's not going to be there. If Friday is a special day and he decides he wants to takeoff, he's not going to be there. It took me months to get access to my unit because I lost the keys. You can't get a locksmith out there because how do you prove you own it when there's no one at the facility to say yes this is your unit . And you can't cut it yourself that's against policy . So you have to wait until the facility has the man there, the maintenance man,. I had no tree or decorations for Christmas. Very frustrated. I probably wouldn't even post this now except I went to pay. And the man who owns this facility owns several other others... And these old facilities that this man owns have had no improvements and no employees- he's just raking it in. And to double in price in 10 years??? that's gross! I guess I'm an idiot. There were dead mice and I've been paying HUNDREDS of dollars EVERY month (they increase the rent every year and it cost $307 a month when I finally got out) to get my property destroyed. It may as well have sat out in the elements! And I come with receipts. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. The only things NOT ruined were the items I had sealed in totes. The facility said needs to charge the mandatory coverage regardless. I never agreed to this, therefore did not sign the paperwork.
