The elevator (if you have an upper unit) is large and always working. And setting up my account was easy. The front desk is always very polite, and always prompt in resolving any issues you have. One of the light bulbs in my unit went out. They had it replaced within the hour. There was an accidental charge to my card. A short and simple conversation later, my card was refunded. I recommend checking this place out if you need to store your stuff.
