Stay away from renting a storage unit here. I am getting tired of them raising the monthly rental fee every year by almost $20. When I signed up, I wasn't told upfront that every year they would be raising the fee. It is ridiculous. Go elsewhere. read more

I dislike absolutely everything about this Public Storage and almost everything about my experience with public storage in general. I've had storage units with 3 other storage facilities so I'm coming from a place of experience. For one, the number of fees up front when signing up are ridiculous. They're not even disclosed to you until you're paying and signing on the dotted line. Second, my fees were increased within 6 months of getting this unit. Public storage, you couldn't wait to do that huh? Lastly, the elevator closest to my unit has been out of service twice in my last 5 visits. There's a staircase right next to the elevator that I'm willing to use since I have several boxes and furniture. Walking to the nearest working elevator and all the way down to my unit would take me all afternoon with what I need to load and unload by myself. I call the office to see if they could unlock the door to the stairs. They tell me they don't have a key and the stairs are for emergencies only. Mind you, the door opens from the inside and NOWHERE does it say emergency exit. I mention that, and they still insist they can't open the door to the stairs for me and I can use any other available elevator. AWFUL customer service. They don't even offer to bring a cart for me to use. Pardon my language, but zero Fs given on their end. I walk around to go up another elevator, walk to the stairs and open the door myself from the inside. Fortunately I'm moving out of this unit in the next couple of months. I'll never use Public Storage again. read more

Jennifer and Rafael are top notch. I had never used any storage place before and they both were professional and very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. It's clean, well maintained and secure. Thank you! read more

We had our "stuff" stored here for 3 years. The premises were always clean. The bathroom always had toilet paper and paper towels. Jennifer and Rafael were always very helpful. When we moved out Public Storage prorated the few days that we had to stay over due to a moving company's change of dates. Thank you. read more

I worked with 4 representatives at this site over the 3+ years that I rented, including Rafael and Jenn, and all provided the utmost customer care and service. I was extremely surprised and pleased to find this high level of service at a storage facility; it's what I'd expect, but don't often find, at a hotel or restaurant, for example. Double checking my requirements, anticipating my needs, and providing recommendations are just a few of the services they provided. I give them my highest marks and strongest recommendation. read more

Having rented at this same location years ago I pretty much knew what to expect, and came back because it was a good experience. Raphael and Jennifer were so very helpful in getting me set up and ready to move in. Thanks so much to you both! Carts are available to help tenants get their belongings from their vehicle to their unit. This is a big help. The inside and outside of the property were extremely clean and looked well maintained. The gates and elevators worked without a problem. read more

Raphael is amazing! He made my move much easier. I had to get a large space and then a smaller one all within a few months. He was very helpful. Thank you, Raphael! read more

Rafael was always friendly and very professional. I've had my stuff in storages many years. This particular location is always clean, staff is always friendly. I would go back to this same facilities if I ever had to store my things. No problems what so ever in the last 4 years being there. read more

Well, maybe we were just unlucky, but storing boxes (and boxes) of books (book collection) and then the phone call that the rains caused flooding and the boxes were soaked. The trip to the storage shed and putting books out - all over the house- to dry and try to salvage what we could. I know, we could have opted for the insurance. But Public Storage could have opted to keep their roof in repair also. If you store anything of value there, stay away from top units, especially top floor end units. Ask to see information on the last time they did a roof repair, ask to inspect the roof. read more

I was terrified of the thought of the complications of renting a storage. To my surprise this was a very pleasant experience. Ask for Matt the property manager he is the best !!! As I was shopping around for a storage during my move I came across many dirty storage spaces. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of Matt's storage facility. I was not yet ready to rent my storage unit but Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommending the right boxes and packing supplies to get me started on my move which I did purchase. I will definitely recommend this public storage experience . I will definitely be back when I am ready to rent my unit. read more

Rafael was so nice and helpful. I had no idea how expensive storage units could be! This location had the best rate around thanks to a web discount price. read more

This Public Storage location is allowing a homeless man to keep his stuff strewn all over the 3rd floor and I'm sure he's also living there. When my husband saw his stuff scattered around where our storage unit it he went down to the office to ask about it and the employee said, oh his brother just dropped him off. My husband said, when I moved my stuff in here I had to actually put it in a unit not in the hall, and she said, oh is he bothering you? We have left 3 messages over the last 3 days with the corporate office asking them to call and no call back. I would not recommend using this storage faciility. read more

Jennifer was so sweet and informative. I ended up using the location in studio city because it's closer. But the rates here and customer service were spectacular! read more

Jennifer and Liseth were very helpful with our storage rental...they explained everything to us! Great customer service! Thanks :)

Gabby is the best! She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and makes coming to our storage locker very pleasant. When I was first shopping around, she must have shown me 4 to 5 empty units that would suit our needs. The whole experience was done in a timely, professional manner. Even with recent visits, she is always upbeat and welcoming. Great job Gabby!! read more

Needed a rather large storage space after the unexpected sudden passing of my mother. I completed registration and selection of the size of the unit online, which saved a significant amount of money. Once I went to the actual location I met up with Rafael was a pleasure to work with and the storage unit will fit my needs well. Getting the first month for a $1 (plus fees) so actually $25 was nice bonus. One issue that I noticed when I was first shown my unit was that the rubber door seal was pretty trashed. When I came back to actually put some stuff into my storage, that seal had been replaced. read more

People seem to be complaining about the prices at this place, but with rent prices as high as they are, it's no surprise that the rates at storage places are going to increase as well. I've been to other Public Storage facilities that had unhelpful and rude staff, so I was relieved to find that Rafael and Jennifer are always super nice and quick to help. Five stars! read more

I recently got a storage unit at this location had great customer service employee Matt helped us out, he was great! It was easy and quick. Helped confirm that the gate worked so we wouldn't have trouble with it, made us fell as if we were at home. Thanks guys! read more

I've had a storage unit at this location for a long time. The person who makes this Public Storage location so wonderful is Gabby! I can't say enough good things about her. She is very personable and a delight to do business with. I always look forward to getting Gabby when I have a question, because she knows her business and goes above and beyond to be of help. I was going to move out recently, but Gabby was such a big help me with idea's about downscaling, I'm staying because of her. I do like the facility, no compliants, but Gabby makes this location wonderful to do business with. Public Storage is very lucky to have her! read more
