We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.

I now use this facility to store my 28 foot R.V it is the place in the area that has parking spots so people can store their antique cars , boats , R.Vs , landscape trailers , motor homes . I had looked at several other storage facilities in the area when I was selling my house and moving into an apartment and needed to store some of my stuff. 10x Self Storage beat all of the rest that I looked at. The manager that I first met with was excellent and and explained the whole process to me who hadn't rented a unit previously. The facility is easily accessible and conveniently situated with lots of parking. It is climate controlled and the inside access is great as opposed to other facilities which only had access from the outdoors and were not climate controlled. Previously, I was at a competitor. I had a small 5x10 unit, outdoor access, not climate controlled, and part-time attendant. I went there because it was close, and they had a "first month free" offer. I never actually got that free month, and they raised my rates twice in a six month period by a large amount. At first, it was $85/month, then two months in it was raised to $133/mo; then I got a notice in November that it would be raised to $180/mo right before Christmas. I decided it was time to move out and find some place better. I got a unit at 10x Self Storage on Pullman Street. The unit was 10x10 (actually a little bigger), indoor, and climate controlled. At $175/mo, it was a tad cheaper than my previous unit with way more benefits. They offered 50% off for the first three months, and actually stuck by the offer (unlike the previous place that never gave me the promised free month). I used the 10x10 for a year, then downsized to a smaller 5x5 unit at $59/mo before moving out (I no longer needed extra storage). I really appreciate a company that doesn't bait-and-switch, and that doesn't get you into a unit only to jack your rates up. I found 10x to be an honest business, top quality, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them, and would also use their facilities again.

I hadn't even closed the tab yet, and already had them on the phone, I was blown away by the customer service. She was friendly and knowledgeable and so willing to help, by the time we hung up I was EXCITED to rent a storage space. (Who knew that was even possible?!) We met with the manager, Pete, two days before our move. The lady manager had told us he'd be there that day, and said they were "excited to have us as their happy customers" and that they were proud to show us the place, and were sure we'd love it. You drive up a hill and park at the office, after you turn a corner you'll see just how big this place is. Pete showed us the unit, and we were surprised by how clean everything (the lot and the space and office) were. It's obvious they take the time to maintain and care for the place, it looked brand new but he said it was about 5-6 years old. Pete was friendly and patient with us and all our questions, and made us laugh a few times throughout the process. (Again, who knew storage would be fun?!) The managers are always smiling and happy whenever we go to our space, they wave and talk to us. Kinda feels like a 1950's movie, they're so friendly and always have big smiles, more than once I've heard them say they love the company and their jobs. It seems like they know most of the people by name, she even said to us "I remember all the nice people!" (Good customer service maybe, but I like to think we ARE nice!) I feel safe knowing these two live there, and care about their customers and my belongings. I read other reviews, and was nervous about storage in general, but I've been blown away by how well everything has gone. It's safe and clean, and all my expectations have been surpassed. I'd recommend using Extra Space any time.

Other than that, the building is very clean, air tight, organized, pleasant, safe and a top notch place to store your stuff.
