They didn't have any discounts to offer, but the value of the spaces I rented was well worth it. I had also rented U-Haul trucks when they used to have them. They don't have them anymore, but my experience with their trucks was seamless and easy. I was able to get all my stuff moved in and the truck returned in one day. This Storage Facility is the best one I have ever been the customer of.

I used him again in 2013 in which I used it for a business adventure of selling used furniture and household items in which again having me come and go and meeting people without any type of problems with the owner or staff. I now use this facility to store my 28 foot R.V it is the place in the area that has parking spots so people can store their antique cars , boats , R.Vs , landscape trailers , motor homes . We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.

This was the easiest storage rental I've had. Having moved around a lot in the past and now having to manage storing a bunch of stuff for an estate, I was happy to get set up with a unit here. Marcy was very easy-going and friendly and walked me through everything. It all made sense and it was nice to get a discount on a couple of months rent with a deal they had. The only negative is sometimes you have to go looking for one of the carts they offer. That's not a ding on them, though. Some people just hoard the carts to load things up on and never put them back in the place they got them from. Just like people who end their sentences with prepositions, you have to tolerate people being people sometimes.

I'm so much happier with this place and especially that I can be locked into a year's lease with no increase in rental fee. Also, they don't have the hidden charge of insurance or buying a proprietary lock. The place is clean and easy to use. The only semi-weird thing is that there are load bearing columns in the units that you need to work around for storing your stuff but that's to be expected in a retrofitted old factory building. I believe the space taken up by these columns is not counted in the square footage of the unit so it's no big deal unless you're trying to store some sort of giant item. Anyway, highly recommended!
