Not that that should matter. We expected to lose the deposit, of course, for the last minute cancellation. But when we called, and emailed, repeatedly, for our advance payment back, we were ignored. Ghosted all summer. The amount of time we spent calling WSS, and trying to get our bank involved too, was time we won't get back. We finally got through today, though! My wife spoke to Howard, the manager. He yelled at my wife, called her a liar, and hung up. I've read the other 1-star reviews, and now I'm thinking we may have dodged a bullet NOT using WSS this summer. This was the easiest storage rental I've had. Having moved around a lot in the past and now having to manage storing a bunch of stuff for an estate, I was happy to get set up with a unit here. Marcy was very easy-going and friendly and walked me through everything. It all made sense and it was nice to get a discount on a couple of months rent with a deal they had. The only negative is sometimes you have to go looking for one of the carts they offer. That's not a ding on them, though. Some people just hoard the carts to load things up on and never put them back in the place they got them from. Just like people who end their sentences with prepositions, you have to tolerate people being people sometimes.
