This was the easiest storage rental I've had. Having moved around a lot in the past and now having to manage storing a bunch of stuff for an estate, I was happy to get set up with a unit here. Marcy was very easy-going and friendly and walked me through everything. It all made sense and it was nice to get a discount on a couple of months rent with a deal they had. The only negative is sometimes you have to go looking for one of the carts they offer. That's not a ding on them, though. Some people just hoard the carts to load things up on and never put them back in the place they got them from. Just like people who end their sentences with prepositions, you have to tolerate people being people sometimes.

If I could give negative stars I would. They had a HVAC malfunction during the spring/early summer…read more(they won't tell us exactly when) and didn't notify any of their storage customers. The HVAC malfunction caused the moisture levels in our storage unit to increase so much that most of our items were covered in thick, yellow mold. They won't reimburse us for any of our belongings, any of our storage fees, they won't allow us to bring in a company to test the mold and they won't allow us to bring in a cleaning crew to help remediate the items. We've even offered to pay for the cleaning ourselves (something I don't feel we should have to do) Instead they want us to abandon our belongings, which they would sell at auction and keep the money for. Avoid this location and cubesmart entirely. CubeSmart doesn't have full control of this facility, they just handle the day-to-day management and the property is privately owned. They absolutely do not care about your stored items, they just want your monthly fee.

Cost was reasonable, and much cheaper than the city competition. Has plenty of carts to move your stuff into an elevator. Has great pull-in garage area for unloading. Staff was very friendly and all transaction management is web based. A1 in my book.

Great clean affordable storage…read more The woman there is so pleasant and helpful. She let us go in and check out some of the units. They are clean and dry. We got the first month free and then put the monthly charge on our credit card. The price for this was the best compared to others we called about. We got a code for the gate and could come and go fairly easy. They do lock it for the night for security reasons. This location is right next to North End Treats and the pool store. There is another location closer to the mall but we didn't go there to compare since we were so pleased at this place. I would highly recommend this spot. We also go a POD which was great since it came to the house and was taken away. However, you can't go in and out to get things like you can with the storage unit. Both have pros and cons.
